The house had a great view and was incredibly well equipped and comfortable. Damir had thought of everything and was extremely helpful both before and during our trip. It was so lovely that we did not want to leave. The beach was minutes away and we enjoyed swimming to the other side. Watching the boats mooring in the evening was entertaining and made us grateful that we were not having to tie up to a small buoy!! We would Definitely recommend.

The beds were a little hard and the access was a bit scary. A car is essential.

Very nice landlord, easy take- & handover. The house itself is beautiful with 2 huge terraces, the kitchen is fully equipped, so you have all you need to cook like at home. All is very well organized for e.g. waste separation and dedicated collection of glass and plastic bottles. The house is perfect to plan some really relaxing days. Houses in the neighborhood are in a good distance and there are many trees in between. There is a mini market and there are 2 restaurants in the village in 15mins walking distance - we really can recommend the "Konoba Kogula". So you don't need to cook on your own all the time. You also need to know that there is a commercial "Nautical Anchorage", meaning there is a lot of boat traffic in the bay, especially in the afternoon when many boats enter the fjord to stay there for the night. It is very entertaining to watch all the sailors & captains when they, more or less successfully, try to fix their boat to a buoy and the fixed anchor - now we've learned all about "mooring".

Definitely the quality of the beds needs to be improved - small double bed with a thin mattress on a wooden plate didn't really help to find a relaxing sleep, my partner ended up with back pain after some days. In addition to all of that it would have been nice to find comfortable seating options on the main terrace. There is a huge stone table with a stone bank and a bunch of wooden chairs with a poor backrest. Furthermore there were 2 wooden "deckchairs", which were comfortable for ~30mins, so definitely real "sunbeds" or lounge furniture would have helped a lot to relax even more. Not in the landlords hands but also important to know that the Water Quality in the fjord was not what I was used to during my previous visits on several Croatian Islands. The water was always okay, sometimes very good, so very much depending on the turn of the tide and several wind directions, also on how many and what kind of boats stay in the fjord. (Charter Party boat = waste in the sea / Motor boats = 2 times in 2 weeks we had fuel smell on the water surface but only for ~1 hour) - but all in all it was quite good.
