The balcony was incredible

It was very central and the actual property was very clean and well planned out. For example a mirror over the dressing table and a plug nearby so somebody can actually dry their hair in front of the mirror. Surprising how many accommodations don’t offer this. Vicko our host was very welcoming and informative and the cleaning ladies were lovely.

A slight niggle. The amenities said there was a washing machine and iron/ironing board. Yes there was but not in the apartment, they were available at an extra cost. This should be clearly stated. We did manage to borrow the ironing board to iron a couple of items but it would be far easier if it was in the room.

pick up and drop off of keys at cafe was odd, staff at cafe focussed on serving customers rather than helping a stranger with suitcases - not surprised. safe was not working, internet not working, loose wires in bathroom, no controller for air conditioner, the place is small which is ok, but plugs for kettles and coffee makers meant we had to use the floor

Excellent location, the property was well designed, spacious, and comfortable. Vicko the manager was easily accessible, quickly resolved issues, and was kind enough to provide us with breakfast voucher.

We did not have hot water one day because an unassuming switch was inadvertently turned off. I wish we were told about it at check in…it would’ve saved us an uncomfortable cold shower. The description is misleading, there are multiple apartments for rent under one description so it’s hard to match up the photos. Our listing listed washer/dryer included in rental but was actually extra cost.

Very central, fantastic outside space with sun for part of the day. Fab air conditioning. Great coffee machine. Good communication with owner/manager. The cleaner was lovely and was always offered help. will definitely book again

The location is perfect, it is in the middle of old town with everything within walking distance! The room itself is quite small but the balcony is huge. Luckily the weather was good, so we could spend time there. Communication with the host was easy via Whatsapp. If you want to swim, I recommend the nearby Danče Beach! :)

You could hear the steps from the room above, it made the chandelier clink and was a bit disturbing early in the morning. Breakfast is served in a nearby café and you order it from the menu. One cup of tea/coffee and a basic juice is included. I personally like a breakfast buffet more, but this was also okay.

Fantastic Apartment, everything we needed and more. Excellent breakfast provided in nearby restaurant. excellent location. top quality host, went above and beyond for us.

Amazing stay choice within Dubrovnik, the apartment is centrally located in the heart of the Dubrovnik old town, walking distance to major attractions and restaurants, clean, modern and his owner and helper María were courteous,affable,and helpful, Maria even gave me as a gift a pack of Turkish coffee because she knew that I like that type of coffee, very sweet touch!!. Thanks 😊

Everything was excellent

This is a lovely and stylish two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Perfect for a couple with two kids. The location is great, and Victo has answers for all your questions. Free breakfast at the lovely Cele cafe is a bonus. Victo even offered to bring breakfast to our apartment because we had very early flight and the cafe was shut at that time. This is a perfect spot for a visit to Dubrovnik!

The A/C was fantastic - a unit in the living area and one in each bedroom, so you can adjust separately. We also loved the beds - sheets were soft and the bed nice and firm and VERY comfortable. We also loved the location - in the heart of the walled city. Breakfast at Cele was great too - nice touch to get breakfast vouchers. Lastly, Viktor, who met us at the apartment was super helpful. He gave us the best restaurant recommendations.

The only thing that wasn’t fantastic was the tenant above us who walked constantly- but this was out of the control of the apartment.

We had the apartment with private balcony and it was just perfect. Excellent location close to everything. Very cozy, well decorated and clean apartment. Big plus the early check in (13:00).

We had a great room with a huge terrace right in the middle of the old town. The room was super clean and fully furnished with everything you need, like coffee maker, glasses, AC, fridge etc. The breakfast at the cele bar right around the corner was also very nice. Vicko was the best with many tips for city and restaurants. We can recommend this place 100%!

The property is in the perfect location to explore Old Town Dubrovnik. The apartment was very clean and modern. Vicko was very welcoming and even messaged me during our stay to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Impeccably clean&comfortable, attention paid to every detail, everything you might need, best showers and comfortable mattresses, in the best location in the Old town - in the flat part of the town, which was important for us, family with small children. We were steps from all the sights, in this beautiful town which was perfect to visit now, since there are only few tourists due to Covid..we had the luxury to explore the city without the crowds. We absolutely loved the spacious terrace equipped so tastefully and for great comfort. Communication with the host was so easy and he and his team made sure our stay was superb. The host has a cafe/restaurant "Cele " just steps from the apartment which serves great food. We ' ll be back for sure!
