The property location îs absolutely great as it' s close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Lefkada (Milos beach) and also right in the center of the village, close to tavernas and stores. Despite the central location, you still have privacy due to tall vegetation. The house was perfect for our family ( parents with a teenage daughter), not too small, nor too big. I loved the attention to details and decoration that made it feel like a home. Having your own parking space in the yard îs definetly an advantage to consider. The owner was nice and helpful, even when we had locked ourselves outside the house. I would certainly reccomend Alletro Villa.

Cleaning services during our 8 days stay would have been nice. Or ar least a broom and a mop to clean for ourselves. It must have been a misunderstanding somewhere. Due to ithe central position of the property there was a bit of traffic noise early in the morning or late in the night. We solved this minor incovenient by simply shutting the windows and everything was fine.

New and comfortable house, equipped with all possible household appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning and TV set in every room..The house is very well built, good isolation from heat and outdoor noise, rooms are spacious, kitchen very well furnished. Very clean, regular change of bed sheets and towels. Host Vasilis was very kind and helpful.

I can truly say this was a great surprise. We saw from the pictures the villa looked nice, but what you cannot see from the pictures is the attention for details you find in every corner. From the modern grill in the backyard, impeccable cleanliness, white sheets and towels, expensive brand appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, ironing machine, etc), very sturdy and soundproof windows and doors, very comfortable beds to the "small touches" like paintings and home deco. One can see this villa was built with great taste and no spare of money in order to give you the experience of a 4* hotel with a touch of your own home. We had a great time there and for certain you will too, Mr Vasilis will take care to give you all the information and assistance you need so you'll have a vacation to remember :)

We spend two weeks in this nice, modern villa. It is the perfect place for 4 people, as there are two bedrooms, or for a familiy with 2 children or even 4 grown ups and 2 children (baby cot) have enough space. There is a garden with gras, where the kids can play and relax and you are not afraid that something could happen to them. The veranda is also well made so you can close the door to the garden, which is very practically if you have small kids or babies. The kitchen is perfectly equiped and you can find everything you need for a normal everyday cooking. The idea to put a barbecue in the garden was excellent - we used it about 4 times during our stay - so in all agios nikitas there was the smell of our food :):):):):):)))) You can also parc up to 4 cars in the garden and close the electric garden gate - this was just fantastic, as the street outside is crowded with cars and finding a parkingspace was something impossible. The villa is on the main street and just 50 meters from the center of the village. You have 2 of the best beaches just in walking distance and the third beach is by car 5 min.

Everything was perfect, there is actually nothing bad to say. Vasilis is a very friendly and nice person, who is always willing to help you and to give you a good time in his villa. Unfortunatelly the street outside is a little bit loud, especially during the nights, when some guys drive their motorcycles and scooters, but If the window is closed you do not hear anything.

Our host Vasilios was so kind and helpful. The villa was huge, comfortable and modern. The daily cleaning service was an unexpected bonus. The off street parking was priceless in busy Agios Nikita's.
