Excellent location. Owner's reaction to solve any uncomfortable situation

At the arrival, the apartment was not very cleaned. But the owner's management react to make it clean again. So we were happy.

15 days before our arrival I informed the owner that one of us was in the hospital and it was very difficult to travel. I asked him to cancel it or change the dates many times. Even booking begged him to help us. Nobody never answered (just pressed deny to booking). We were forced to come 2 of 3 so we wouldn’t miss the money. After that the WC wasn’t clean, the TV had no signal, the room was cold (1 radiator for the whole room) and the noice of the roomers room much.

there was only one heater in our room close to the window. during winter the room gets really really uncomfortably cold

other guest group was very noisy; outside and inside the building although the owner of the facility isn’t responsible.

Many stores and supermarket in the neighbourhood to fulfill your needs. Quiet accomodation behind the busy street. Public transport station in walking distance.

There is minimum hanger to hang our jackets and clothes. TV programme not well adjusted. Basic kitchen utensils. Garden view not weel groomed.

The place was located within the busy area of supermarket and restaurant, so it's easy to buy anything. The place was clean, tidy, and household appliances were completely provided

Checking in outside the normal check in hour was a bit difficult due to a communication problem. Nevertheless, the staff help us to do the check in perfectly afterwards

The bed was too hard and the pillows are met confortable. Also, there was mold in one of the bedroom and nothing was done...

Very helpful staff and great apartment / location!

The apartment is close to the metro and busses. There are shops and snack places around. The apartment itself it's good for having a place to crash when visiting Dusseldorf - but don't do it during high restrictions.

We had to wait for the key even though we announced in advance our arrival and that we were limited with time. Could have used a few extra toilet rolls. There's a television in each room but with no music channel. Otherwise, it was all good enough for the price.

A nice quiet place with easy access to public transport. All basic facilities are there.

The place would need some refurbishment. Furniture was very basic, some cupboards quite unstable. Glass in the sleeping room door was broken and unsecured. There is no parking and finding a public parking spot was very difficult.

Located near the subway, 25 minutes by walk to the center. Nice design, comfortable staying. After we said about the rubbish the owners of the place cleaned our appartement and brought sweet
