Great location, bright, very airy and very clean.

Great location on the main street of Margaret River. Light filled apartment very clean, large living space and fabulous kitchen. Airconditioned with shutters to cut out the main street sounds and lights at night. Parking at the back and very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and shops.

The length of our stay, it should have been longer.

Booking .com was so un helpful!!!!!!!!!! No communication, took the money easy enough 2 weeks prior but did not answer my emails when requesting information of codes for the lockbox. I was lucky to have run into neighbours at The Deco who gave me a phone number of old owner who gave me directions to Bakery of new owner who's employee rang new owner to give me lock box combination. Really disappointing to pay near $1000,00 and nearly not able to access the accommodation. Employee at Bakery was the best part of the whole ordeal, very polite and helpful. The second bedroom near carpark had a noise like a pipe tapping that kept our son and girlfriend awake during the night. They had to sleep on the lounges to get away from the noise. I never complain but I was bitterly disappointed with the whole ordeal. I don't think that I got value for money for accommodation that stated it was a Penthouse!!! Extremely disappointed and would never recommend to anybody!!!!!

Coffee bags?? high end accommodation should have a coffee machine or coffee sachets.

The deco, cleanliness, comfort of the penthouse. Every facilities including the lightings, utensils, etc in the penthouse is well thought thru n provided for in the best interest n comfort of the guests by the Property Owner. Both my wife n I felt so welcome n pretty much like home. Also, the location of The Traill is perfect within walking distance in MR town n very accessible to restaurants n shops.

The minute we opened the door I knew the accommodation would be a 10/10 and the accomodation didn’t let us down. The apartment we stayed in was the Deco apartment. The apartment was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated in art deco style. Loved the black and gold shower tiles. We had a huge balcony. There was only myself and my husband but plenty of room if there were two couples. Our daughter stayed in the marine apartment and that also gets a 10/10. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen if you wanted to eat in. Great location in the Main Street walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Loved it.

There was nothing to not like. Fabulous do your self a favour and stay there.

We loved the location. The apartment was large, very well equipped and had a very pleasant 'vibe'.

We were very disappointed by the entrance and access to the apartment. The bins in the carpark were overflowing with rubbish lying around and had not been attended to in the 4 days we were there. Access to the main street is down very dirty and very dark stairs. The entrance courtyard appeared to be very neglected.

Accommodation is located on the main shopping strip, which is handy, but there is a bit of road noise as a result.

For the price, it is not overly clean. Hair in the shower, bathroom floor, and carpet in bedrooms. Fans in the bathroom need cleaning. Water not draining well in bathroom sink.
