great location and was ready at short notice

the balcony and the location was good

the first thing we noticed was a big whole in the kitchen roof as soon as we walked in. the air conditioning in one if the bedrooms did not work at all and had to use a fan which was covered in dust and looked like it had never been cleaned. behind the headboreds on both beds was about a inch thick with dust. in the bathroom there was a rack on the left hand side which was covered in blood. i have photos off all of this

The balcony roof was in urgent need of repair.

There was a gaping hole in the balcony ceiling, looks structurally unsafe, presume from where a sun shade may have ripped off. The shower was absolutely filthy, moldy, mildewed. I bought several cleaning products to try to clean it off to no avail. No windows in bathroom, the smell and lack of ventilation was appalling. More importantly, no window in the second bedroom, so children had no fresh air or daylight.
