Have stayed many times in this area of Florida. Love the beach there. Karen’s condo was my favorite. It is so comfortable, clean and extremely well stocked. Had a lot of items supplied that are not the norm. Karen is an excellent host and we look forward to staying again.

This condo did not disappoint in any way! From the decor, to all the amenities, it was perfect. Everything went smoothly and the communication with the owner was better than expected. We will definitely be back here to stay. You are feet from the beach. The pool was fabulous. It’s safe! The views were spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience!

We have traveled alot as I am retired from the airline. This Condo was one of the best we have stayed at. It was CLEAN, easy checkin/out, fully furnished with alot of beach extras that are wonderful and great for people who fly to Florida. The Location is wonderful as it is Not crowed! Beautiful beach and pool area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Karen was wonderful and very easy to communicate with even though we did not have ANY issues. We would definitely recommend this property and Karen and we plan on returning again!

Love this property! Well cared for, high quality, best oceanfront views watching each sunset from the balcony. Directly on the beach and super clean! Well stocked with many items and beach gear we didn’t expect but enjoyed. The owner was very responsive and an absolute pleasure. Would definitely stay here again!

Great views, easy check-in, attentive owner, on a quiet part of the beach, only 20 units, most units occupied by people 60+, very friendly, seemed like an adult summer camp.

This condo is on a quiet section of the beach in a smaller building. The grounds are well maintained with a nice sized pool, some grass, and several tables which are convenient. There are two large bbqs which we did not use, but others did. I was impressed to see the grounds staff turn them on and clean and burn off the grills several times over the week. The condo itself, although older, is very well maintained, and Karen keeps it stocked with anything you could need. It comes equipped with lots of spices, condiments, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, tissues, shampoos, beach chairs, beach toys and on and on. My husband wanted some WD 40 for suitcase wheels and he was going to buy, and found it was there. I wanted a bit of rubbing alcohol for a stain, found it. Everything you could need was there. Karen was wonderful to deal with and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a storm coming and she reached out to let us know where the flashlights were in case the power went out, which it didn't. The sunset views were beautiful and we enjoyed our week. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this beautiful condo again. We are regular visitors to Florida, so I have many condos to compare this with.

Love The Shores condos and unit #401. View from the balcony is fabulous! Condo is extremely roomy, very clean, and well stocked. We stayed in this same condo two years ago and was so happy with it we returned this year. We also love the Redington area. Many good places to eat. Roads not congested at all.

Weather was great, condo was great, enjoyed every minute. owner contacted me thru the stay to make sure all was fine.

Easy check in and out. Karen was very attentive with her suggestions. Clean and quiet building with a nice size pool. Even the shared grills were clean. 😁😁

Everything was wonderful and Karen was such a pleasure to work with. My only advice is to bring walking shoes so you can walk up and down Gulf Boulevard, my sandals didn't do so well for me ; )

I have stayed at many rentals and this property is by far the best. The condo has EVERYTHING you need. From the kitchen to the pool and and beach. We saw a few dolphins while enjoying our morning coffee on the oceanfront balcony. The grounds of the condo building are well kept and the beach access is simple and short. I would like to add that the beach is private so there is not too much hustle and bustle as down a ways. A big thank you to Karen for opening her condo to us. We will be back!!

This was our first time staying here but won’t be our last!! It was perfect in every way. The space. The “extras” that you forget to bring she had it ALL! We celebrated our twins sweet 16 and then our son proposed to his girlfriend while there. We had the grandparents along and they had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked. The beach was close and the pool was cool and refreshing. The hostess was so accommodating and helpful. All her recommendations were helpful and she was always answering our questions quickly. I can’t say enough good things. When you walk out the door to leave and get sad you know you had the best vacation. Until next time!!

My husband and two kids loved staying in this condo. Our kids thought the lights in each room were the coolest thing. We ordered groceries ahead for delivery but quickly found out the condo is stocked with all the extras!! Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, condiments, laundry soap, games, beach stuff, you name it. The most stocked condo we've ever stayed in. The location was perfect. Very quiet, almost eerily quiet but no complaints here. No wait at all for the elevator, rarely saw anyone else. A large selection of delicious restaurants are very close. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Karen communicated often before and checked in during. I have no doubt if we had any problems she would respond very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the property and that many things were already stocked for us. This helped lower our grocery bill since we flew in and didn't drive in. This property is right on the beach. Grills were great, pool was great. It's an easy drive over to Tampa or down to St. Pete for a game or a nice restaurant.

I almost don't want to leave this review so that others don't find this gem, but since I relied on others, here I am. This condo is simply beautiful. Its location cannot be beaten. Walk through the green pool area straight to the beach. The beach doesn't have a lot of people since there is no public access for a while. The condo itself is beautiful and has everything you could ask for. in a rental. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked and the view breathtaking. It is well stocked and close to the market if you need anything. The couch sits pretty low to the ground, so if you have trouble getting up and down, that could be an issue. But there is a power recliner in the living room as well, so you could just sit there. Highly recommend.

Our family has been vacationing in this area for the past 5 years and this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. The property itself is right on the beach and was very clean with plenty of parking. The condo was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. It comes stocked with just about anything you would need or happened to forget to bring. Karen is a gracious host and I'm absolutely sure that had we had a problem of any kind (which we didn't) she would have taken care of it immediately. I found it very nice to be able to contact her directly instead of some property management company. We really enjoyed our stay here and will book again.

We have vacationed in this area in several condos and this one by far was the cleanest. The owners are super friendly and responsive. The view is fabulous and the grounds are well maintained. Having items like shampoo and laundry soap in the condo was so helpful, it is rare to find accommodations like that. We can't wait to go back!
