We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this apartment. We were met by Cristina who was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Great sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen for what we needed. We spent many hours on the balcony soaking up the view. It is just a short stroll into the centre of the city. We also organised a 2 hour sailing experience with Bellagio Sailing which is a must do. From start to finish this was a very memorable stay for us. Carlo is a very pleasant and responsive host and I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

An overall exceptional experience with excellent communication with Carlo and the property manager throughout the process. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and the outdoor terrace offered a spectacular view of Lake Como. Bellagio is charming and offers awesome dining and shopping experiences. Wish we could have stayed longer! We also highly recommend a boat trip with Carlo's Bellagio Sailing company. We sailed on 41' Stai Serena with boat captain Michele. He is a skilled sailor with a very pleasant and warm personality. It was a wonderful and relaxing way to see Lake Como.

I lovely modern two bedroom apartment with an exquisite view of Lake Como. We enjoyed eating dinner on the terrace overlooking the magnificent lake. It is a 20 minute walk into the town of Bellaggio; be prepared for an uphill climb back to the apartment. The apartment feels very secure and we enjoyed a comfortable stay here. It is an excellent spot for exploring Bellaggio and the neighboring towns.

Properly great. Location great. Comfortable beds, fantastic view, kitchen amenities perfect. Owner and representatives went out of their way. I had an ankle injury before my trip. The team who assisted from check in to travel from the pier to our sailing day with Bellagio sailing all considered how to help me best. I would totally stay here again. Had a great sailing day. Thank you Carlo, Carla, Andrea, Michael, and Christina. We had a wonderful trip.

Our family of 3 adults stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. There is free parking on site and a small balcony which gets the morning sun. The apartment has a washer/dryer, drip coffee maker and toaster which was not necessarily standard in other apartments we stayed in. There are 3 keys required to get into the gated yard and apartment which are a bit of a challenge and could be improved with color coding. Bellagio is beautiful! If you are driving be aware that the mountain road is narrow and windy. The owner was very responsive and I do recommend staying at this apartment!

My husband and I were beyond happy with our experience staying at Carlo’s apartment. The location was perfect and view of the mountains and lake Como from the balcony were amazing. We were also impressed by the host; he was super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process and was easy to get in contact with. I definitely recommend it for anyone staying in Bellagio.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfortable and the city center was only a fifteen minute walk from the apartment. Lots of options for dining and activities. My favorite was sitting on the porch enjoying lunch/sandwiches from the local market and a bottle of Prosecco the host provided for lunch.

We were two couples staying at the property and found it to be adequately spacious and well appointed, with a lovely view of the lake. It is walking distance to the ferry/town, as well as to a wonderful local market with a great deli and fish department. We prepared breakfasts as well as a full dinner for ourselves and found everything we needed to prepare our meals. The owner and contact person were both very helpful and responsive every step of the way. All in all, we found this property to be a great home base from which to explore the Lake Como area. Highly recommend!

The manager had good contract with us before we got there. We had issues driving in and Marzia waited in the cold and rain for us. The apartment was excellent and as advertised on all levels with one exception - the bathrooms are small. I would say they are standard for European accommodation, but everything else in this property is way above normal size and quality. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The property was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the lower part of Bellagio. Decent stroll but not too bad. Apartment was quiet and behind gates and had a dedicated parking spot if you rent a car as we did. There is a wonderful view from the balcony and we put that to good use with dinners and drinks while watching the lights of the towns across the lake. I would absolutely consider this property if I were to visit Bellagio again.

We ended a 1 month trip with 4 nites in Bellagio. Excellent location gave us plenty of options to ferry to other towns, walk around Bellagio or play on the lake. Carlo and Marzia made check in and any communication a breeze . The East view from the apartment was spectacular and the kitchen was well out- fitted. We had great meals in and lots to choose from in town. All walking distances albeit an uphill walk home. Parking space was key. Loved everything. Thank you Carlo and Marzia!!

Wonderful apartment, beautiful views. Highly recommend this apartment. Difficult walk up the hill with luggage but worth it! Would definitely rent again. Carlos was an amazing host. The apartment was in a great location in Bellagio - close to town but away from the crowds. It had everything we needed and was in perfect condition. The balcony had amazing lake views! We really enjoyed our stay!

This home was lovely. Short walking distance from the town center, designer decor, comfortable, clean and lovely balcony with great view of the lake in a quiet setting. I would definitely rent again next time I am in bellagio, Thank you Carlo!

We found the location to be ideal. It was no more than a 10 minute walk into the village of Belliago and the ferry terminals. Everything was as described in the listing, there are 2 supermarkets a short walk away. Plenty of great places to have lunch or dinner. I am looking forward to returning next fall and will book this listing again.

This place is fabulous! The location is amazing and the views are incredible (we sat and watched a lightning storm over Lake Como from the balcony!!). Carlo is a wonderful host. The apartment has everything you need and there are tons of restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. I do recommend a car! I can’t imagine arriving from the ferry with luggage (etc). We rented a car and the on-site parking was great. We also hired Carlo for a boat tour around the lake. It was a huge highlight of our trip and I recommend it!

We loved this apartment. Air conditioning is a must during the summer and the units in the bedrooms worked well and were sufficient. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has a washer and dryer (combined in one machine) which is rare around here. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. We loved our boat tour with Carlo in his speedboat! There was a scheduling conflict which was a bit of a stress but Carla and Carlo worked hard to arrange a new time for us and gave us a discount to compensate for the mistake. The proximity to the little village where their boat harbor is and to Bellagio town is good. A bit of a hilly walk which we liked except in the heat. Overall, we would recommend this property!

Hard to stop gazing at the amazing vista of lake and mountains. Pretty easy walk into town, and places nearby for pizza and dinner. One suggestion: a brochure of some type listing sights in Bellagio and maybe a street map. Only complaint was the terrible lighting in the bathrooms.

Beds, linens and furnishing all nice. Suggest they replace the coffee maker as it is tiny, brews slowly, has a broken lid and does not have an automatic off switch which could be dangerous. You only get one set of towels so laundry is necessary after a few days. For Americans the combo washer and dryer is tricky but we managed to do wash, if not completely dry. It takes a minimum of 3 hours to do a load so just know that up front. It was the same at other places we rented on this trip. Bellagio has a lot of cute shops and good restaurants. We had a delightful lunch at La Terrazza. Prices are rather high which was apparent once we arrived at the less expensive town of Lucca. Sunday most shops (including groceries) are closed. We found one place open near us. Just be away of siesta closings midday as well as Sunday. We have finished visiting Lucerne, Lake Como and Lucca so far and all of us rated our Lake Como experience as number 1!
