A fine place to stay for a night before flying out of Casablanca. Definitely has character! Great location in the Portuguese city, peaceful rooftop terrace for reading, clean enough, bathroom a little rough but what do you expect for the price? Very cheerful/welcoming staff at the cafe, which has a fun nighttime vibe.

It is located right next to the Portuguese Cistern. It is close to restaurants. The host was very amiable. Breakfast was very good.

The toilet was not flushing. The shower is literally less than three feet away from the toilet. There was no place to hang your towel or leave your toiletries when taking a shower. And there was no heating/air conditioning in the room. Also, even though it's so close on the map to the sea, there is no direct access to it or direct view.

The cleaning ladies did a great job. The room and riad as a whole was spotless. The terrace is beautiful and rather quite.

Initially the photos of the booking that we saw did not match the room we were given. When we asked and mentioned the photos not matching the owner said that if we wanted the room shown in the photos of the booking it was an extra 20€ each night. The owner was very intense and made my partner quite uncomfortable. The parking is not in a secure parking lot with security guard. it is just parking on the street in the old city. Also worthy noting. breakfast is served in a different location to the riad. Not a big issue breakfast is good. however, the street is a tourist trap and be expected to be harassed by the shop owners. (we would walk the back way to avoid them).

Breakfast was really tasty and with a variety of food I also like the lokation for the breakfast. Very nice and well organised stuff there.big living room.

Bathroom was not clean. There was only one towel in our room, but not the fresh one. We asked on Whatsapp for towels (that was the way how the host asked us to contact him) and nobody answered, we asked again and again nothing. Bed sheets were smelly and we found hairs there. Breakfast is in other Lokation what should be mentioned.

Decent breakfast and the Riad was beautiful in the public spaces.

No toilet paper no towels, no staff on site, shower was broken so drenched the entire room. Breakfast and check in/out was across the old town. Wifi was only in the communal living room Almost no view from roof top. Terrible arrival info if you come by car Electrical issues. Only 40% of the window had a curtain so sun WILL wake you up. VERY DIRTY bed sheets. Trash from last guest was still piled on the bathroom sink.

Very modern and new interior! beautiful Rooftop view. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast in their restaurant location. I think it’s actually 2 locations which was a little confusing. not so easy to find and Google maps doesn’t help much but the people in the streets are so friendly and helped us (for free).

The place is nice dekorated and located in the beautiful Medina with a place to park. The restaurant where we got our breakfast was lovely with modern dekoration.

We had some ants and a cucaracha in our room.

no air conditioning although it was in the room description. bathroom was smelling bad and the shower flooded. towels were dirty. but most of all it was SO noisy that we couldn’t sleep the whole night.
