Good location, comfortable beds

2nd bathroom inadequate. Second bed no electric blanket. Possible electrical fault in Tastic switch. Kitchen very basic. Not good value for money

Location, waterfront, opposite to Hazards, close to restaurants and shops.

Amazing view, very spacious and good location

The heater in the lounge room takes too long to heat up and those heaters in the rooms are not very good either.

Location and convenience to boat ramp

1. I may have missed something in the ad but it stated "Entire House". When I saw the pic of the "house", I assumed we had the entire house not just the bottom floor. In my opinion your ad was misleading. 2. Being on the bottom floor, there were instructions not to make noise or have the tv too load late at night to not disturb the upstairs tenants. For each night of our stay, we could hear the upstairs tenants talking and in addition we could hear their every movement (e.g. floor boards creaking, heavy foot steps, doors closing etc) throughout the night/early morning. Perhaps you need to address these issues between the 2 floors. 3. Second bedroom was cold and oil heater undersized for the room size. Overall - very average stay.

We loved the spaciousness of this apartment which had a beach-house atmosphere and contemporary, comfortable decor with an attractive garden. Great kitchen facilities and we appreciated the 2 bathroom/showers, one being in the laundry, both with heat lamps. The air conditioner/heater kept the place cosy. The location was handy to the Main Street with an IGA supermarket and a cafe and fish and chip shop and to the wharf from which the cruise boats go for day trips around the Freycinet Peninsula, stopping at Wine Glass Bay along the way. The view from the big windows was superb, looking out at the Hazards and the water of Coles Bay.

Excellent position. Brilliant views. Walking distance to everything. Clean well. presented property, would come back again.

There is no downside to the property. Maybe a electric blanket on bed would be a bonus

The location. The spaciousness and privacy. The view! Geographe Cafe! The peace and quiet. Loved the self sufficiency. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Very relaxing atmosphere. Felt like home but better.

It would have been good to know prior to arrival that there wasn't a Woolworths/Coles close by. The convenience stores there are very expensive.

The location was good with a lovely view of the Hazards visible through the trees. It was clean and comfortable with a mixture of older style beach house with some good modern touches.

The water temperature in the shower was hard to adjust and the fan switch was very unpredictable with some occasional sparks being emitted.

Being the downstairs level you hear all the foot steps and talking of the people upstairs, all night and early morning I had 3 people making loud noises because of the poor insulation of the house, I had messaged the host and had no reply. The second room smelt like mold.

The location of this apartment (lower storey of two storey building) was great. Easy access to Freycinet NP and walking distance to general store, restaurants and tavern. Undercover parking for Apartment 1 only was a nice touch. Great views from the lounge and master bedroom. Very comfortable apartment.

The floor/ceiling is not well insulated and the noise from the above apartment can become a little noisy just walking around and general talking.

Easy to find . Email on directions to find key. Walking distance to Wineglass Bay cruise. Toilet rolls special. Lovely outlook. Heating was excellent.

Electric blanket one side doesn't work. Cold tap in bathroom basin makes a screeching noise when turned on. TV didn't work. Didn't take long for somebody to come & sort out the problem.
