It was very central for everywhere we had planned to go

No parking facilities for guests or discount parking, we travelled by car from Scotland and had to pay £90 in parking over the 3 days we had stayed. When I asked hotel staff any recommendations for private parking we were told they didn’t know. This would be much better if advised or maybe discounted with parking in the city

Location, price and quality all good values

A male cleaning staff member tapped quietly on the door and used a pass card to enter our room prior to checkout, violating our privacy. He did not announce himself or knock hard enough to allow us to respond. Poor etiquette!

The Hotel was in an excellent area with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and facilities were great. The bed was the comfiest I've found in a hotel for a long time.
