Very clean and well taken care of. Host was responsive. We do wish there were ceiling fans instead of low hanging ceiling fixtures as some of our party is over 6ft tall and hit their head multiple times. That is all I would change, but overall a great stay, a great place and a perfect location. We look forward to booking Palma Vista again.

I’m ready to sell all of my wordly possessions and move here. I don’t understand one single bad review about this place. Truly…it’s paradise. Thanks so much. We’ll be back next year :)

The property is in a great location right across from the beach. There were plenty of towels and things like trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable. I do have to agree with another guest that the low hanging chandeliers, particularly the one in the kitchen, are a hazard for taller guests, a flush mount would spare a lot of heads! Overall it was a great stay with good communication from the host. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was very well furnished and the AC was great. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked. Walmart is about 20 minutes away. Beach is right across the street. Amazing location to town/restaurants/activities. Host was wonderful and very helpful. Would stay again!

Great place for a family to stay. This is a part of the island that is close to many outdoor activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the days in this rental property. The views are spectacular from the rooftop and the host was receptive to our needs.

This property was perfect for our 2 family, group of 8. Access to the beach was easy as could be. The pool as an option was great for the kids. Highly recommended.

This might be our 6th stay in this condo in Las Croabas. The condo is roomy and comfortable for our family. While we only had 6 this year, we often have up to 10 or 12 and it works great for us. This year we did not even get in our car for the entire week. There are so many hikes, beaches, swimming holes, restaurants and adventures outside the facilities walls, we never get bored. It is convenient from the San Juan Airport. This year we found the unit had a new pull out sofa and side chair and better pots/pans. I have read others reviews and, yes, some comments are correct about ways to improve the unit (which I will share directly with the manager) but, regardless of those constructive criticism, we will continue to return to "Palm Paradise". It feels like our families "home away from home".

This condo was great for our group of 10! All age ranges 8- 55. Beach is across the street, the pool was beautiful… can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Communication was prompt and easy. The home exceeded our expectations as far as space. Right across the street from the beach and restaurants accessible by a short car ride. Would stay again

A special place to celebrate away, my special birthday with my special friends. This penthouse condo had the space, casual location, amenities, and beauty from the rooftop, to enjoy my birthday trip with my girls. The manager was available to answer any questions. We definitely would go again!

Great location! Nice pool & area. Beach across road. Beach towels, chairs, coolers, washer, dryer & laundry detergent supplied. As well as some food staples. Owner should stay here for a week with max number of occupants. The lack of simple things like nightstands, dressers, closet in Master bedroom, towel bars, drying rack, retractable cloths line in showers, shelves in bathrooms, lack of hand towels, washcloths & kitchen linens, silverware would become evident. The AC units are LOUD!!! Unbearable to sleep upstairs with main unit running. In living room, cannot hear TV over the AC unit. Disturbing to sit on main level patio area with master bedroom unit running. The kitchen light fixture is too low. Our guys hit their head on it. We arranged furniture to avoid hitting the 2 chandeliers in the living area. NOTE: the faucets are not all plumbed correctly. Never quite know which way will get you hot water. We managed and made the most of it. We felt safe from intruders on the site. However, the one issue ALL of US felt unsafe about was the need to have a key to get OUT of the apartment. The only door lock required a key from inside to unlock. A HUGE fire safety risk. The other thing that greatly affected our enjoyment was only 1 set of keys for 8 people. Previous renters lost a set which was not replaced for us. To enter & exit the gate on foot requires a key, even to go to the beach. 8 people seldom want to come & go at the same time. 1 key per bedroom should be minimum.

This place is literally across the entrance to seven seas beach and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely spacious. I stayed during the week and it was pretty quiet, which I like. Excellent access to all the things Fajardo and Northeast coast. Some people have left bad reviews about the small trailer park across the building. I'm a native and that has been there since even before this complex was built but it doesn't interrupt the view. Will certainly stay again.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults, very large, excellent views from a balcony snd a roof top, better then in pictures. The location was good and we all feel safe. We would like to stay there again.

The unit was excellent but online it said San Juan and it's 50 minutes away. Beach nearby wasn't the best but great if you want to experience the true local culture.

We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach and a local eatery. The condo unit was clean and beds were comfortable. There is a large kitchen and though some cooking utinsels (pots, pans) could use upgrading, the unit was more than adequate. This was a nice place and it worked so well for four couples!

We had a great and amazing time at this livation. Is it very spacious. You and your will family will be happy staying at this location. Just be aware they are doing construction on the street.

The size of the place was bigger than we expected, and we were very happy that everyone could spread out. The rooms and beds were all comfortable and everything was clean. They were items for the beach, including chairs and umbrella, along with a cooler which really helped make great beach days. One issue we had was there is construction in front of the condo, which made it difficult to get to as there were security people turning cars away. If we knew this upfront, it would’ve been helpful. Location was great for all the activities we planned on that side of the island

The pictures of this apartment are very accurate. I went with 3 families and we were very comfortable. Every room had AC and the common area had one too. The location is great and the hostess very helpful and communicative. She even provided recommendations and a pamphlet with ideas and the check out process. Walking distance from the beach and Costa Mia which is an amazing restaurant. The only unfortunate thing was that there was construction on the street right in front of the property. But it was easy to get in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The unit is ideal with a spacious roof/top floor balcony. Everything we needed plus the extras perfect for young kids, teens, and adults. Looking forward to another visit!

This VRBO served our needs well. The construction outside was loud but we were able to navigate around it. Our questions were promptly answered. If we ever return to PR we’d consider staying here again.

condo is large and well appointed. kitchen is large and modern (other than no dishwasher or disposal). bathrooms were all clean and functional. tile floors throughout so easy to clean and nice and quiet (no squeaky floors). bedrooms were large and all have a futon if needed. we were party of 6 and had plenty of room. tvs in most rooms, if you can figure them out... 4th br up was very private and unique. basically 2 suitable master bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms. family/dining/kitchen is open and large, plenty of room to gather and watch a game or movie. pool area is better than anticipated, very clean and inviting. 7 seas beach was a mess while we were there, but can see that it would be beautiful when cleaned up and calmer waters. still a good way to spend time with the bar/restaurant right on the beach, and costa mia just a block the other way. road was under construction and blocked from 1 direction during our stay, but that turned out to be a blessing as there was no thru traffic. we struggled to get there the first time, mostly due to not following the directions as provided by owner, but found the area is easy to navigate once you drive around a bit and we all found the traffic to be chaotic but polite and maybe preferable to usa (iowa) drivers. a couple of our favorite spots were the bakery 1/2 way back to hwy3 (on conquistador) in the am, and the Frutta chic ice cream shop on the way home in the pm... all in all our first taste of Puerto Rica was amazing and left us wanting more. if uop travel to PR from usa there is an organization called flightangels.org where you pick up a rescue dog at the airport and fly them back to the states to be adopted, please consider, my wife volunteered and i was skeptical, as we left to return home she admitted she actually signed up for 3! long story short wonderful ladies met us at the airportcheck-in and helped us navigate the process (they reimburse cost), my wife and daughters carried 3 pups onto the plane and they slept in provided soft carriers at their feet while we flew to minneapolis, then the 3 adopting families met us at baggage claim for a heartwarming 'welcome to your new home and family'. highly recommend checking out this or similar orgs. anyway, grea trip and thanks for hosting us!

Our family of 6 found the accommodations a perfect size for us. There are two king bedrooms and 2 rooms with queens and futon beds. There is a king bed in a room up some stairs on the upper deck. This is a beautiful large room with a great view of the ocean. The quiet air conditioning and the shades kept it cool. The whole place was mostly clean and well lived in. The kitchen was very workable for us since we did most of our our own cooking, but we were surprised there was no toaster, a minor complaint. The condo location was great and convenient to many places. It was also and around the corner from a great little (take-out/sit outside on a covered porch) restaurant called Costa Mia and right across from the popular safe Seven Seas Beach. We enjoyed a bioluminescent kayak trip at night, the educational trolley tour and also a morning run in the La China Natural Reserve and a fun restaurant with popular tasty BBQ Caribbean food a five minute drive away called La Estación. Make a reservation even on a Monday. We walked to Playa Escondido. It was a hot but flat 25-30 minute walk from the condo. We went late morning but next time would choose to go earlier. It was well worth the effort and so interesting to walk through the mangrove forest with many crabs and their holes. Most of all we enjoyed the pool at the condo. The two girls, 6 and 10 years old, had a great time and the adults loved cooling off and playing with them. It felt very safe and we usually had the pool to ourselves. The colored lights at night were a real hit! Just to say, on the down side was the road construction going on right next to the condo and the pool but luckily they were not working on the weekend, otherwise it was very loud. And the air-conditioning in the living room/kitchen area was very loud and quite unpleasant. We probably should have asked Norma for help with it since she was quite helpful when we wanted to check in early. Don't miss going up in the mountains to the rainforest and waterfalls. The El Yungue Visitors' Center was fabulous, beautifully designed and very educational and a relief from the crowds of people and the road repair on the main road. Always check the conditions to know what to expect. And don't miss going to Old San Juan which we did after checking out of the condo and before getting a late afternoon flight home. You can tell we really enjoyed our trip to PR!

This is the 4th or 5th visit to Las Croabas and staying in this lovely condo. It has a lived in, homey feel that makes us all feel relaxed & comfortable. We enjoy the roof top and all the space the unit has, as well as being able to hike, swim, snorkel and explore without ever getting in a car. Lilliam/Norma are always very responsive. We will be back!

We loved our stay here. The location made it easy to get to the beach. The pool area was great. The unit had plenty of room. Views were outstanding. The towels were plentiful and awesome. Sand toys and high chair in the unit were a bonus for us with youngsters. Norma answered all our questions promptly. It was a wonderful 2 weeks! Thank you!

We loved being able to walk right to the beach. the condo was able to accomodate two families just fine.

We were a little surprised about the surrounding buildings. The picture of the beach is deceiving. We loved that we could walk to eat, there were some great places down the road. The hiking to the surrounding beaches was cool. We had a good time.

This unit was perfect. My family and I enjoyed it very much.
