لايوجد كوفي كبير باللوبي

حجزت جناح بغرفة واحدة وارى ان السعر مناسب بالنسبه لاتساع الغرفه والفندق قريب من ماكدونالدز والبيك وايضا بقاله قريبه لكن لا يوجد مطعم في الفندق وطاقم العمل محترمين ومتعاونين

اخذت جناح بغرفه واحده وكانت الغرفة تحتاج تغيير للموكيت وكذلك المفارش طلبنا بطانية وكانت لها رائحه غير جيده وحجزت ايضا غرفه بصاله صغيره لكن ازعجنا رائحة السجائر يمكن تكون من الغرف الاخرى الغرفه المطله على البحر لا انصح فيها ابدا لانه ليست مطله بشكل جميل على البحر والغرفه غير المطله كانت اكبر منها وأفضل زيادة بالسعر فقط بدون سبب انصح صاحب الفندق بتجديد المكيت والاثاث وشكرا

The property was good and clean the facilities were good. The suit had everything that was required and for place were local.

The staff had given out our required room with two beds saying we were late for check in. We were there an at 4 pm. Check in was from 3pm. The room reservation from booking.con stated we had from 3-5 pm to check in. We were give a room with double bed which meant one of us had to sleep on the sofa. This was despite us being within the stated booking time. I feel the staff didn’t honour the reservation. Check wasn’t simple either and we were left standing there as staff disappeared.

للأسف تعامل سيئ جدا من موظف الاستقبال وتعامل سيئ من العمال والغرفة ما فيه اضاءة وطلبنا زيادة فرش قام موظف الاستقبال بالرد علينا بتعالي تجربةً سيئة للأسف ولن تتكرر وقوة المياة ضعيفة

الموقع مناسب دقيقتين سيراً على الأقدام من البحر وبجوار مطعم البيك على الكورنيش ومقابل حرس الحدود

السعر لغرفة واحدة كان مرتفع كما أن رائحة أثاث الغرفة تدخين

Nothing except the location which was central. I had a call from Loren suites on the day I was travelling to ask if I woud be checking in. I confirmed and said I would be there around 19:30, I was told I could only check in between 15:00 - 17:00???? What the hell if I'm paying for the room I can check in when I like. My flight didnt land until 18:30. I requested both in writing and to the lady I spoke to on the fone for a double/kingsize bed too. I arrived at 19:00 and paid for 2 nights. I asked the guy for a double/king he said I had a twin bedded room. I asked them to change it and they said 20 mins I told them I was going out for dinner so could they arrange it whilst I was out. I went up to this room (twinbed) it was dark, miserable, shoddy and no water. There was no safe, no proper lock on the door preventing people from entering. This is probably the worst place I have ever stayed. I went back down to reception and asked to change. I came back to the hotel at 01:00 and the room still had not been changed, they told me to wait 20 minutes. I guess thats a standard phrase! I went to the double room which was much bigger. The bathroom just felt unclean (although it wasnt) just very dated, worn and used. There was lots of banging from other rooms. It was terrible. I left the next morning and checked into another hotel
