Nous avons adoré ce logement. Grand, propre, confortable. L’hôte est disponible gentil et réactif La literie est bonne. La salle de bain est de qualité. Grand frigo et de quoi cuisiner à disposition. Volets occultants. Facilité de stationnement devant le logement ou dans la rue. Très bien placé pour aller à pied dans la vieille ville.

good size appartment and the courtyard was a bonus.

My wife did not like the lingering smell of smoke but I had a cold and could not detect this. Room layout was a little awkward, with entrance to bedroom 1 and required passing thought bedroom 2 to get to the kitchen. Roomw as also not the one we had booked but it was good for the money.

Contact with owner was really good - Whatsaap or phone - no problem with check-in, owner were waiting for us when we arrived there. Really good price, apartment was really comfortable and cozy. I can reccomend it for everyone.

The appartment is suitably located just about 10-minute walk from main train station on the one of the main streets of the modern part of Siracuse. Still 20-minute leisure walk far from Ortigia island where the historical centre of the city is situated. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe in this area. Appartment was clean and spacious, built in Italian style. It means that the door from the street leads you right into the living room with kitchen and first double-bed (the other one is upon your head). The washing-machine was in the bathroom, which is perfect for the longer stay (not tried). The water pressure was great and hot water ready 24/7. Michele, the host, is very kind and flexible and speaks fluent English.

Bcs there is no hallway, you can sometimes hear the traffic noise from the street or pedestrians chatting while walking around. Nothing terrible. On the other hand, the appartment prevents you from neighbourhood sounds perfectly.
