Location was great, within walking distance to main Porto attractions. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Thank you Francesco for such a nice stay and your recommendations :)

It was very clean and everything (linen, towels, beds etc.) was set up nicely. The host was kind, friendly and always contactable. Facilities (showers, air conditioners, hot water) all worked well!

Wifi was spotty in one bedroom but good everywhere else! The lift wasn’t working on the last day but the host tried to contact the elevator company - appreciated that!

The apartment was beautiful. The facilities were great and it was very comfortable and spacious. The host was great, he took time to explain things we could do and tips on great places nearby. The location was great with restaurant and shops close by. We went with our two kids who enjoyed the space a lot. Highly recommended place to stay and if in Porto again, I would stay here again.

Nothing - it was great!

We made our own breakfast of yogurt, dried apricots, pomegranate seeds and granola. The location is good, we walked to port warehouses across the river, saw many churches, and had a lovely day trip to Braga.

In the shower, the hot water would turn cold if someone else used the hot water.

It was cosy, very comfortable for 4 people sharing, ensuite and the main bathroom. Close enough to restaurants and public transportation to accessibility to the center easy, a supermarket across the road. A beautiful walk and very central...A great location... Francisco is a great host.

Super friendly host, we took a night flight and arrived late, the host came to check us in, very very kind. Location is very good, 10mins walk to the centre. There is a mini market right in front and a good cafe round the corner for breakfast.

Spacious apartment, well appointed, accommodated 5 adults without difficulty. We appreciated the elevator, and the large balcony with a drying rack. The host was gracious and made good restaurant recommendations. While not extremely closely located to the historic center, it was still within reasonable walking distance in a nice area, and overall it was a great value.

We were really pleased with the apartment. The host was very welcoming and helped us with some tips. It was really spacious and well set up for the hot weather with a balcony and lots of doors and windows to get fresh air blowing through. The apartment was very well located within walking distance to central Porto and not far from tram and bus stops to go further.

Inside the apartment had everything we needed but the kitchen could have had more utensils for cooking. That wasn’t a big problem as we were able to use what was available.

Francisco met us at the apartment and allowed us to leave our bags prior to check in. He was very flexible with access at the start and end of our stay which saved us lots of hassle with what to do with cases. Really makes a difference. He was also keen to recommend places and all in all a perfect host. The living room+balcony is a roomy comfortable space to relax in. The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk to SuperBock Arena, a comfortable walk to the centre and has plenty of varied eating places nearby. It was also quiet at night. A great location.

We were in Porto for a wedding in Igregio do Carmo and the location could not have been better. Easy walking to many of the main sites, and close to good, reasonably priced restaurants. The mini-mart across the road had all we needed for the meals we ate in. The flat had aircon in the main rooms, and there was virtually no noise at night.

Excellent, spacious flat, very comfortable, cosy rooms. The kitchen is well equipped, good quality of cutlery, dishes, washing machine. One of the best travel accomodation I have ever seen.

we didnt asked for breakfast but the location was excellent its in the center of everything. You can reach them on foot. There`s a small supermarket nearby, real good restaurants at the vicinity. We went to the nearest City by Metro everythings accessible. A good advise is to take the 24 hour Hop on Hop Off bus trip for an hour or so and then you can take off to your favorite spots take some fotos or just sip a coffee or two and have the famous paste de Nata, the pride of the portugese and its so delicious. Franzisco is a very ood host and had a nice humor. You feel absolutely at home. Thank you for your hospitality. Till next time i visit Porto again i will surely come to your apartment.

There was an incident at the elevator where a dear friend was stucked there for more than an hour. There should be an emergency key etc so that someone at the first floor or that we her friends at the third floor knew what happened. Please do something about this in the future.

Excellent location Friendly host

Noisy early in the morning Strange smell in the kitchen

Our only quibble , ( nothing to do with the property itself) was that the environs of the apartment was quite noisy in the early morning, traffic , bin lorries etc .

Loved the welcome from Francisco, very open and excited to give the highlights from the city! He gave some great recommendations for food! The apartment itself was very comfortable, big, and love the two bathrooms! Near the centre, we walked to everything as all was close! We had a bit of an issue during/after stay but Francisco was so professional about it and solved the situation amazingly, thank you so much for that!
