Location is good.
Not clean, bed was full of hair showing no signs that the room bed sheet and pillow cases were changed. The bed itself is like a boat.

I liked the place as a whole
The towel service. There was one towel for two adults.
The beds were too low.
The fact that on a sunny day you have to drive out for a swim. The property needs to have a pool facility.

During the night, it seemed like someone was trying to get in ( kept messing with the door handle).

The posted images and reality do not match. This location is not well maintained. There is grime in the bathrooms, particularly in the showers, and it has turned black, giving the appearance of mould. We only had one pot and one pan, both of which were sticky and black from previous burnt food. We also didn't have any cooking spoons, so we had to go out and get some, and the kettle was broken. The couches weren't even clean enough to sit on. We are Canadian residents who have travelled extensively, and this location disappointed us greatly. I will return to Hilton, Marriott, and other hotels.

The location was ideal to our home which is being renovated and the room was pleasant.
Our room was not cleaned on Sunday not sure whether cleaners clean on Sundays. We extended our stay for 2 more nights. I logged into the Website to book 2 more nights. It would have been nice to be notified at the reception that we can extend if we so wish at the reception.

The fact that their is an elevator to get luggage to the top floor and that there is a spa.
We had one sachet of instant coffee in our room and tea, but no milk was provided so could not enjoy a cup of coffee in our room before going out for the day. It's fine for one or two nights but would not stay longer than that, as it's essentially just a room. Also need more hooks for hanging up towels etc.

We had permanent residents staying above us that partied all night long, the security kept having to ask them to keep it down but it only worked for 10 minutes a time. We got no sleep at all but the staff were great in trying to accommodate us.

The place's proximity to shopping centres. They have a generator for when there is loadshedding. Stable WIFI connection

it’s location was so perfectly situated and the apartments are very nice. Jenna is such a treat. Always available to help and so beautiful, kind and understanding. Defos owe her a coffee or a lunch
well the rooms are abit small and not all the fitting on the door and stove we actually on properly, door handles we also abut loose. need to do a proper maintenance and pay extra attention to the “fine print”
