Excellent location.

Bathroom was old and dirty

I liked the fact that the owners were very kind and I could always reach them. The location is perfect for those without a car. It's close to amenities, the center, playground and bus stops, which we used.

First of all the state of the apartment needs a bit more love and work. There is mold on the ceiling, behind the sink, there was a hole in the wall that wasn't covered. The floor was screeching, we had to put the duvets over the blankets ourselves and the beds were quite uncomfortable after 2 nights. But most important of all is the amount of noise going on, especially at night. It's only 3 apartments, ground floor, first floor and second floor. We were on the first floor. Especially after 10pm, keep in mind that I have a child with me of 4, the people above us were walking up and down, on thundering feet, I could understand almost every word, and the talking in the hallways was not helping at all. It stopped maybe around 1 am. The same happened the second night.

A parking space right in the city center is a rarity, but here it was. The room has everything you need, a very pleasant hostess, an excellent veranda near the house. We will definitely book again if we'll be in Varna

The shower room can be redecorated, but this does not affect the functionality

The location and personal service was fantastic. I appreciated the provision of parking facilities and the attention. Everything was clean.

The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Being on the ground floor meant that the noise from upstairs was intrusive.

It was literally on the city centre of Varna, close to everything you might want to visit or see. The lady who gave us the key to our room was really hospitable and even managed to accommodate us earlier than the listed hour. She was pleasant to talk to.

As a whole they need to renovate and improve their rooms and appliances. Unfortunately on every towel there was a suspicious dirty spot, in the bathroom there was mold and smelled like it in the room. No mosquito nests or blindings on the windows.

The location is good. Fairly big room, with almost everything. Gated and secure.

The price didn't quite match the value, and some of the amenities that were listed were not in the room. The place could have been a little cleaner as well.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, the location was great, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Great value for those people traveling on a small budget.

I was traveling with a large, heavy suitcase, which is something I don't normally do, when I got to the property, I found that I had a lot of stairs to climb to my room on the 3rd floor, so trying to drag a suitcase up the stairs was a nightmare.

Location, friendly owner

For the price it was good

- the host is super helpful, location is central center, everything you need is nearby (beach:-)). Evwn the very small minuses are like a plus :-) The parking spot is very small especially for big cars, but, well, location is in the paid park zone, so you would need to pay outside for parking. Last night there were мравки, but maybe because of our food.

The host was a lovely lady, friendly and approachable. Also went above and beyond to make my stay a good one. I liked that the accomodation is behind locked gates. Everything needed in the room Perfect venue for all shops and amenities around. Amazing selection of restaurants for all tastes.

The room was tired and would benefit from being updated.

To be honest I can only say it was fair

The heating water tank in the bathroom was leaking water and it mad a puddle. The bathroom was old, a bit broken and not comfortable. Everything seemed old and dirty.

It is a great location, very friendly stuff!
