Très bien placé juste derrière la gare et propre et tout pour passer un bon séjour

Weg in den Park ist kurz und man kommt zu Fuß schnell in die Stadt. Kleine Garage im Hinterhof, aber nur für kleine Autos geeignet. Wobei das Parken auf der Straße auch viel zu teuer gewesen wäre.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen, anonymen Wohnblock. Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter war schwierig, da nicht telefoniert werden konnte. Es war nicht sofort deutlich, welches Appartement vermietet wird. Vorab wurde eine Link verschickt, wo man sich eine Datei mit Bildern und Erklärungen herunterladen sollte. Auch auf Nachfrage per WhatsApp wurde lediglich diese Datei versendet. Insgesamt war die Wohung nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Möbel waren recht abgerockt. Man drufte nicht genauer hinschauen oder in die Ecken schauen. Beim Betreten roch die Wohnung sehr muffig. Ich habe mich als Alleinreisende nicht wohlgefühlt.

It was too small for 4 adults. The main bed was small we were squashed. I asked host for toilet paper as we had 1/2 a roll for 4 people and we were told to go buy some. There was no dish washer tablets for the dishwasher so we couldn’t use it. There was no washing powder for the washing machine either. I’m

Very difficult access, and impossible exit. .The release was broken and we were told to hold two live wires together to get out. To gain access to the parking one had to retrieve the keys from the apartment which meant finding a parking space first in a very busy area The bed had not been changed the sheets were crumpled and worn. The bed settee in the lounge was uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep on and there were no sheets for it. It was dingy dismal and very hot and unappealing. The door to the apartment was unlocked when we arrived. The key code system didn't work. The apartment was located in a large run down apartment block in a dodgy part of town. It felt unsafe with the front door broken. We didn't try the car park having read the warning from the host about the dangers of the access road. Some honest photographs would have deterred us from booking this apartment. We are shocked that Booking.Com keeps this property on its books. I have notice you display the favourable reviews at the start ( I can't understand anyone giving it a good rating) which is unfair to your customers. We have lost trust and will only use you for established hotels.

good internet, close proximity to Railway station ,close to lovely gardens

apartment was in a massive block which reminded me of a high rise housing development . Big problems trying to gain access as instructions for entry were missing crucial information , also door lock was very temperamental and required attention. Bedroom. Pillows provided no support, and pillow case had a large hole in it and not ironed . Duvet cover was also not ironed. Shower and wash basin in the bedroom which might not suit everyone, handle to shower door missing. The toilet opened directly onto the kitchen, it had no means of ventilation and very small. only place to wash hands was in the bedroom , wallpaper in toilet coming off the wall. Generally the whole apartment is quite dated and would benefit from a makeover.

I liked the view to the garden and the location

Nice and clean. With elevator. Complete amenities. Walking distance to the train station.

The host was not hospitable. I had to call him a few times on which unit we are assigned, where the keys are, etc.
