Fantastic room! Spacious, comfortable and nice to relax in. The staff were brilliant! Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely like to return.

Staff very helpful we arrived very late and once we found location it was fab just ideal what we required.
Bed was huge and comfy I had a lovely warm bath cup of tea/ coffee facilities
Tv worked great space in the room great black out curtains
Continental breakfast left outside our room in am as we had early start
Easy quick check out absolutely recommend thank Brenda and Frank
Wee bit hard to find tho that was probably us in the dark etc

Some very loud other guests in early hours of morning. Only BBC channels on TV and even they had broken signal at times, found this a bit odd.

The Rue were the absolutely the most helpful and thoughtful hotel I ever stayed. They made my wee girls day with the amazing balloons an banners in the room for her 9th birthday 🤗 thank you so much from Vicky & Molly x

Every Staff member was really nice and lovely, very welcoming from your arrival to when you leave .
Would definitely recommend going back to Rooms at The Rue .

Good food good music great place to stay with everything you need all in one place.

It did not feel like a hotel. On the site it said 4 star but didn't feel like it.
No reception so it feel that anyone could just walk in.
Breakfast was in a paper bag, even though there was a restaurant downstairs. For the price breakfast was a disgrace

The location was very good, the downstairs bar was convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well appointed and the bathroom clean with good quality towels and toiletries.
I arrived at 8pm and the kitchen apparently had closed despite having a restaurant downstairs which continued to serve food while I was at the bar which I thought odd. There were no options to order room service even though I had travelled quite a bit that day so I resorted to a take away pizza. It would have been good to have water in the room and the option of a hot breakfast rather than a breakfast bag which was left outside the room. It would have been good on check in to have a receptionist rather than a barman coming up to try and retrieve the booking and being told the wi-fi and my food options in the area if there were none in the hotel.

We've got a nice large room, comfortable beds, kettle in the room tea and coffee. Packed continental breakfast delivered to the door every morning. Good food at the restaurant. Personal was nice and friendly. Good location, short distance to the city center.
Smell from the kitchen at the restaurant could feels in the building even on the 4th floor.

Comfortable room. Right in centre of Omagh.
Ali was very friendly. Breakfast delivered was nice and we took it with us as we opted for a Cooked breakfast downstairs which was good .
Curtains would help block out light.
