Host was super friendly. Room was extremely comfortable. Very nice location for escape to countryside.

Breakfast could be better. It's enough and tasty but maybe it could be more variety like yogurt, milk, tea, water or juice, maybe some cereal or something like that.

Restaurant food was amazing!!!

If you want to take a break from the city life, this could be a really good option. The room meets all points described during the booking. Food in the restaurant was also good. They are also Dog friendly.

Pension Fuchsbau is a wonderfully stereotypical Gasthaus with a kind and gracious host/owner. The Gasthaus is exactly what you picture a Gasthaus in Germany off the beaten path away from touristy areas to look like. The host/owner is super nice, the Haus has personality, the breakfast was the expected meat-bread-cheese-jam-coffee-tea-juice-fruit, and they really lean into the "Fuchsbau" name by decorating everything with foxes.

I liked everything about this Gasthaus. It's not super nice or luxurious. It has personality and charm and isn't too polished or corporate. It's homey and comfortable and warm.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Really nice that they can accommodate a crib for our little one. Breakfast was also nice.
