Location was great, we lucked out after a couple days of cloudy skies with a middle of the night viewing of the Northern lights. Comfortable hut with good amenities, it has neat technology to melt the snow and ice off the glass roof. Good breakfast included. Just a note that the hot water in the shower apparently only lasts for 15 minutes at a time. We had no issues for a family of four (we staggered shower time) and we were told this at check in so we could plan ahead. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again!

Only one type of cheese, ham and boiled eggs on breakfast. As there is no other choice closer to eat it should be better. Coffee is good.

We stayed there for one week. We were able to see the Northern Lights through the glass roof. The huts are nice and warm. The location is quiet and sufficiently far from Levi to not be bothered by the lights of the city. Having on-site reindeers is fun.
Although it's a family run business, we didn't feel very welcome, in spite of staying there the whole week. The owners are not particularly helpful. Breakfast is disappointing, mostly basic low grade products with limited choice. The hut doors are ridiculously low (like 1m70), I bumped my head every morning. No restaurant on site, contrary to what is announced (but the owners organise a taxi to take you to Levi at 6PM and back at 8PM - it's a 20 minute ride).
Overall I feel there are better options for that price, and I'm afraid this place no longer deserves its 9 star rating...

Everything was amazing. The location is so peaceful and beautiful and the huts are spotless. The owners were so lovely and friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to have breakfast due to going on a early tour so can not comment on the restaurant but we had the best night here. We weren't lucky enough to see the Northern Lights but we had so much fun playing in the snow. I highly recommend this place and I hope to stay here again in the future.

Remote location, very scenic and serene. Staff was incredibly accommodating - we dealt with flight delays and couldn't make our scheduled reservation and they were very helpful in rescheduling and accommodating a late check-in
We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights during our stay - the locals are very honest about your odds of seeing them (if it is cloudy, chances are you will not see them). Good breakfast. Space had heaters!

The modern "ice" huts are extremely clean and comfortable. The farm is very traditional Finnish with many live reindeer that you could walk up to and hand feed. The best part is being located just out of town in a very quiet rural setting.
It was cloudy for a few days so we missed the Northern Lights. We will have to come back and try again another time.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Pictures can’t show how beautiful the place is. It’s a small family hotel/reindeer farm with a great location to see the Northern Lights. Freshly baked bread every morning for breakfast. There are also activities for non-skiers, if you don’t have a car they will put you in contact with local taxi to arrange any transportation needed.

The Igloo like hut was very nice. At first I was surprised that there are no blinds but I quickly realized you don’t need them. they give enough privacy and eventually it is nice to be woken up naturally. If lucky you can see the lights from the comfort of your bed. Simple breakfast is also satisfying. I loved how traditional the place looked.
Basically we stayed in a place where others decide to travel to for some Reindeer Safari or Cross-Country Skiing.
Actually the property is very good and we would go back there. Just be aware that it is a 15 minutes drive from Kittilä Airport or Levi Centre. If you don’t rent a car like us, Taxis are easy to be arranged but bear in mind that the fares are high (30-40€ per ride).

excellent hut, well equipped, amazing views of the sky (we didn’t see the northern lights but was still beautiful), really nice to experience the quiet Lapland, very nice breakfast
The only thing which was a bit annoying with having 2 young children was the fuse box in the hut. Every time someone went to the bathroom at night it made a clicking sound which woke both my children up.

Very comfortable bed and nice room. The location on a reindeer farm was very quiet and peaceful. The location was beautiful and offered nice walking trails. If the skies were clear and the Northern Lights were visible, it would be amazing

The stay at your hostel was very comfortable. Comfortable, stylish, cozy, delicious, hearty food in an authentic place for breakfast. Great views of nature. Deer, dogs - this will remain in our hearts forever. Thank you so much for the wonderful element of our vacation! The ride was magical! On the very first night, we watched the northern lights for several hours. The reindeer ride was unforgettable. The lovely hostess of the hotel helped a lot with calling a taxi. Russian-speaking staff makes the trip even more convenient.

We loved our huts, super comfortable and good nights sleep. We snowmobiled and went to a sauna. Lots of fun activities. Wish we could have stayed longer. The property owners helped us get our car out of the snow too. Super friendly!!
