The unit was spacious, windows could be opened for fresh air, and close to everything. The view was also very nice, looking over the esplanade, but the constant rain meant we couldn't take advantage of it.

The traffic noise was very bad and went on almost all day and night. The cars come over an elevated bridge, very fast, and the water from the rain made the noise worse. The beds, especially the main one, were very hard. The drawers in the bedroom cupboards need fixing, and they have been told this before, and done nothing about it. There is also a problem with the lock on the main door, especially when it is wet from the rain. We ended up leaving it unlocked, and just locking the outer security door, so we wouldn't be locked out.

Great location

Toilet paper wasn’t supplied, we had to buy our own. The garage was extremely hard to park in as it was the last in a row and you had to try not to hit the building walls trying to get in. The lounge suite has seen better days. I couldn’t find the wifi code as the welcome book was buried under the real estate sales folder. I phoned and left a message but no one phoned me back. I eventually found the welcome book.
