The location was great, in a safe part of Naples very close to the port. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was just what we needed.

Spacious room with great AC, fresh & modern decor, amazing spread for breakfast (incl proper coffee!) and lovely friendly staff.

3rd floor with access via a very tiny, very old lift!

Clean and very silent! Had some very good sleeping time…

The breakfast is just great. There are a lot of options and everything is delicious. The location is great, awesome neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and beach front bars. It was really clean and the hosts are amazing. Really helpful and put great effort to make you feel comfortable. We were in Naples for the birthday of my fiance and they gave us a very thoughtful little gift. Overall we had a great stay.

Very comfortable accommodation, great location, excellent breakfast, very nice hosts.

The personnel is kind and helpful, location is perfect and the rooms are wide and clean.

Sleep is not comfortable: bed is really hard, walls are thin and dogs barking in the vicinity from early hours in the morning. Additional wall sockets would be welcome.

Very modern and well designed hotel, was really impressed. The staff were very friendly and responsive, there are refreshments at your disposal at all times. I would come back to Napoli only for this hotel. Very close to the sea, in my opinion best area to stay in Napoli.

This is a great place, in the best location, and the space was clean and amazing as advertised. The breakfast was delicious especially the quiche and cakes and the staff were so friendly and kind. The place is ideal for anyone looking for a central base for exploring naples.

Amazing spacious rooms, pictures did not do it justice! Just a short walk from town and the sea and the staff were very attentive.

Dogs barking at 5am till 8am, it felt like it was never going to end. Hard beds, very uncomfortable No shampoo, just body wash Terrible rotten egg smell when you turned the water on in the bathroom

Very convenient for our tours and we liked the area around the "egg castle" for food and drink which is a few minutes walk. Staff were very nice also.

If you have poor mobility this is not really suitable but it was fine for us. There were a lot of (stray?) dogs barking at times but this is not their fault.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Room was large and cosy with fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, table and chairs as well as the bed! Breakfast was great and in small, attractive room. Place was only one block away from the gorgeous promenade and sea front and only a short walk from the centre of Naples.

The room was lovely and the actual location is great.

The dogs barking and crying throughout the night from adjacent buildings and the bed cover was nothing more than a thin sheet which wasn’t great. Finally, breakfast started from 8am but I find that late for breakfast when some people just want to eat early and head off.
