The block of flats is in a prime location next to Gateway shopping mall and I always stay here when I'm in Durban

The apartment I was booked in this time had lots of cockroaches and a damp wall indicating some water leakage inside the wall. The landlord needs to do maintenance on the apartment.

The location was excellent as it was near to everything and very convenient

Most of the furniture in the apartment is broken and falling down .

Great spacious apartment...very clean, neat and tidy. Located very near many shops and food outlets.

No teas and coffees provided as per picture advertised.

The apartment is in a safe area

The staff member who came to assist with the keys was not really happy. She looked very sad and worried. Other things that are in the pictures are not found in the apartment. The sitting room curtains were not at all clean. What terrified me the most was the cockroaces

The couch is old, kitchen utensils need an upgrade and the showers are filthy

Broken door, incomplete shower, cochloches, water leakage, no wifi connection.

Tried contacting the host to report broken items and things not working . Was blatenly ignored.

SELF CATERING , KITCHEN NOT CLEANED , AIRCON LEAKING ..FRIDGE LEAKING ..BAD SMELL ON THE LOUNGE SET ..CIGARETTES STUMPS IN FLOWER POTS ...CARPETS AT THE SHOWER VERY BAD CONDITION .. BEDROOM 2 BASIN TAP OUR OF ORDER ..MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR KEY OPENER DAMAGED AS IF IT WAS A HOUSE BREAK PREVIOUSLY AND NO ONE ATTENDED TO FIX OR REPAIR THE LOCK. ON OUR WAY CHECKING OUT CLEANER ARRIVED KNOCKED DOOR WALKED IN NO INTRODUCTION ...AS TO WHO OR WHOM SHE REPRESENT

BED WAS FAVOURABE CANT REALLY COMMENT WAS SO SO TIRED , PARKING BAY GREAT AN POOL IN THE COMPLEX WELL MAINTAINED

Bathroom needs to be cleaned properly poor hygiene Condition, no detergents available as we had to buy our own not even toilet paper, self catering does not mean there shouldn't even be kitchen paper towels or toilet paper and cleaning detergents this should already be in the house. The aircons leaks so badly it cannot be used. The fridge leaks horribly there's a towel under the fridge it's so ratchet and the freezer door does not close. The ensuit sink tap does not work, water pressure is slow in showers and there aren't any neat or tidy dishes that are able to be used, no glasses to be used either we had to invest in paper dishes Over of space and good area, nice private place but condition of the place not the best would consider booking again if the following is paid attention too But would not recommend if these things aren't attended to as it would not be value for money in this case

Nothing the place was horrible. I once stayed when it was managed by Ashton and the standard has dropped. The place is dirty, the couches smell bad. The beds are uncomfortable and there's not mattress protectors. Mattresses have blood stains they also smell so bad

Everything was horrible really. If I had read the reviews prior to booking I wouldn't have. It was a waste of money.

Location great. Nice clean complex. Pool was great, and well maintained. The apartment itself is rather spacious. Balcony with seats is a nice addition. Bedrooms are spacious. Although extra towels are provided, if you on a long stay you will have to wash them yourself, and have your own detergents, as this is not provided

The bathroom drains are clogged. Cleaning lady only came on the day we checked out, despite a more than a week stay. The fridge needed to be re-gas, it made the most awful sound through out the night, every night. Aircon doesn't work well, considering it was hot on our visit, would have been nice to have a functioning machine.

The pool

Aircon did not work and we were misled by the advertising. Also the pictures shown on the website was not at all the same as what was actually there. Bathroom had a damp smell and chairs on balcony were broken. Overall a very disappointing experience and not worth the money.

the apartment was quite comfortable for me and my family. the stuff was very welcoming.

the washing machine needs repairing. it kept leaking when we’d do our laundry.
