The hotel was very comfortable and tidy.felt very much like home.

It is a small hotel, in fact scarcely a hotel, more a converted house. It has few facilities that you would associate with a hotel, but it has homely facilities like freshly cooked cake for tea, and facilities that you can use yourself, like a common fridge, but it is well run and the ladies who run it are very friendly. It is perfectly comfortable but don't expect a hotel in the traditional sense of the word.

Some late night street noise if windows not shut. Wardrobe door would swing against window sill.

It was quiet and very welcoming! The staff were amazing, room was clean and comfy. They had a fantastic shared kitchen, which is very convenient. And they provide yummy infused water and healthy fruit snacks! It’s close to restaurants and the beach, with great parking (paid) options. Would stay again, for sure!

The location was great! Short walk from the train station and lots of places to eat.

We arrived on a Tuesday late afternoon so the door was locked. Unfortunately we didn’t have WIFi and we couldn’t reach any Dutch extensions on our USA cell phones. However, we went to a little breakfast/lunch place called the Lunchbreek. They were closing but when we told them our dilemma, the lady told us, “oh, her sister works there so she will call her.” Within a few minutes we had spoken to Daniella and she was on her way. Everyone was so very nice and helpful! We would stay here again.

Private Room, friendly staff, cute athmosphere. Getting in and out was easy and it was in walking distance to everything. The bathroom was exceptionally nice, better shower than at home. Free snacks in the kitchen were very nice. Also a surprisingly good Samsung smart TV!

We noticed a night too late that our windows were open so it was a little cold, but that was easily taken care of and we had no issues the following night. The bathroom was excellent, just the toilets location left some space to be desired because I am 2m tall and had to sit at an angle.

Stayed in the guesthouse which was very cosy. Having access to a well equipped kitchen was super handy. Location is great, close to restaurants and the beach. We had a lovely stay.

While the building is quite inconspicuous from the outside (don't you become deceived), a warm and lovely homelike interieur welcomes you right behind the front door. The host lives somewhere around, so even a late arrival was no problem at all. Our room was appointed with extraordinary wooden furniture, a spacious bathroom with commodious shower, and a very cosy bed with extra pillows. One has access to a very nice and fully equipped kitchen as well. There's no in-house breakfast, but a very lovely place called "Lunchbreek, just 50 metres away and down the next road, gives you a perfect start with a nice choice of delicious food and some well brewed LAVAZZA coffee. (Hotel La Rosa offers special vouchers as well) The Zandvoord Beach can be reached after a ten minutes’ walk through the inner city, along some shops where amongst fashion and accessories one can also buy Dutch cheese in a special shop.
