Very convenient location above a lovely cafe/ bakery! Rooms were nice with cooking facilities, laundry and ensuite (so essentially a bathroom per room). The staff were helpful and the after hours key pickup was an easy process! We added in rollaway beds to the rooms we stayed in and they fit in well. The outdoor/ rooftop pool and BBQ area was a nice enjoyable space to come back to. Easy, secure car park location as well!

Not much to say here, was a great property in a great location. Maybe the only thing was one of the rollaway beds we got was rock hard which meant we had to reshuffle who slept where based on preference but that was a add on to a normal room- in general nothing to complain about.

Super comfortable apartment with everything I could have wanted (and a whole lot more)! The bed and pillows were very nice, in particular. It was tidy and clean, and a lot of pride had clearly been taken in its presentation. The location was really good, the views were stunning, and the pool was lovely. It was also very quiet considering how close it is to South Bank. With the discount it was recently value for money and I'd happily return here.

Small things... The curtains in the bedroom was slightly off the tracks which let in some sunlight in the morning which I'm quite sensitive to. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The pool was hard to get in and out from as there's no safety rail and the steps are very steep. I had to literally climb to get in and out. Also, the pool area said it was open from 6am to 11pm. A security guard came up at 10pm to tell me the area was closing. I did question it and he let me stay, so if I was in the wrong, perhaps make the signage a little clearer? I was enjoying the view! Despite these, I would definitely return!

1. There is no signage out the front of reception. I had difficulty finding the correct entry and I was later approached by a young couple (and I assisted these visitors looking for the entry) who had similar problems. 2. The AC air intake above reception desk was not clean. The vents in 905 were needing cleaning as well. 3. I notified the reception that the filthy state of the iron surface was due to guests and/or staff using tap water in the iron. Staff should fill the irons for the guests, but use demineralised water instead (readily available from supermarkets). The iron will then remain clean and efficient indefinitely, plus guests will not damage their garments. 4. The laundry doors need maintenance 5. There is poor water runoff to drain in the unscreened area of the shower in the ensuite of BR1, making the surface slippery due to soap residues and pooling water 6. A sewage smell was evident in the ensuite of BR1. By pouring water down the floor drain I eliminated the odour. 7. Damage to the ceiling outside of BR2 8. Sink tap loose at base in the bathroom outside BR2 9. Toilet brush holder in the ensuite of BR1 is rusting at the base 10. The sheer window curtains in BR1 and the top of the refrigerator were not clean

location of room with views, considering we booked so far out. Blinds in main bedroom broken, early morning sun shining straight into bedroom for first 3 days until fixed.

It could have been better cleaned between guests (items still in dishwasher - we thought there were no forks, but we found them in the dishwasher cutlery drawer just before we checked out! Stray sock in dryer)

Location is good, very close to shops and restaurants

One morning, I went to the pool and noticed there is a electric machine inside the pool but there is no warning sign. Very dangerous
