disappointed, we did not realise we were booking a room attached to a house

We loved the place, awesome spot close to Burril beach, the owners of the house are so nice and supportive and there are so many extras like fresh milk in the fridge & a BBQ. Highly recommend

Cute little apartment. Nice big bathroom. Clean and comfy. Quiet location. Short stroll to the lake and park.

Location near the lake good and quiet cul de sac . Owners seemed friendly . Provisions were appropriate.

Quite small ..although it was a studio accomm. It rained when we were leaving and there was no protection from the south east wind and rain on opening the door several times to pack the car. ...needed a cover at the door. Very small fiddly entrance into the tiny courtyard leading to the front door.

A nice continental breakfast was provided, the location was good just about 5 minutes out of Ulladulla. They allowed us to have our 5 month old labradoodle stay. The small courtyard was great for the pup and it is also a smoking area which was an added bonus for us, Really good size bathroom with great hot water and water pressure. Overall a very pleasant stay and a very reasonable price.

The only down side for us was it had only a double size bed. I think a queen size would be better plus the mattress is a bit tired it could do with an update.
