Location was amazing. Apartment was beautiful with lovely balcony and lovely furnitire. Really nice A/C too ... not too cold.Loads of great restaurants, shops, etc nearby.

The kitchen felt a bit cluttered ... lots stuff that you'd never need and food that people had left after them. Could do with a clearout! But it was clean and thats the main thing.

Excellent location near the promenade. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable. Balcony overlooks the lively pedestrian street. Friendly staff and great communication.

Beautiful apartment in a great location, near shops and restaurants. With the promenade & sea 150 meteres away. Ben who met us and handed over the keys was a gentleman and very informative of Nice and places of interest.

It is close to the beach.

Upon checking into the unit we asked about the loud techno from the restaurant across the street and one of the apartment managers, said “didn’t you do your home work, this goes on until 300am”. This review is a public service announcement so those that like to sleep are better informed than us. It was true every night we had loud music until 3 or 4 am and the building is not sufficiently sound insulated. We have 2 children with us so this made for a rather poor visit to Nice. We got very little sleep. I am not sure who wants to rent a unit one cannot sleep in, perhaps this is best for people who party all night and sleep during the day If you like sleeping at night I don’t advise this apartment.

Very comfortable , excellent location , home from home.
