One of the best choices in Ikaria and in Armenistis! The apartment is easy to access, spacious, very clean , with parking, with many amenities, with great sea view and in walking distance to the market. Our host Jenny exceeded any expectation with her hospitality, always there for us and with plenty information where to go and what to see in the island. Looking forward to visiting again !

Everything was absolutely fantastic!! The house is very clean and very confortable! The view is magnific! The host Elyas was so kind and nice - helped was with everything, took us to a Village tradicional party, and was allways available. The Best place to stay in Armenistis and nearby!!! We had a great time. Thank you Elyas! And a big hug. See you next year!

One of the best accommodations I have ever had:
- Very clean, spacious and comfortable studio including a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea.
- Ilias and Jenny are extremely kind, welcoming and attentive hosts, who helped us with all our needs
- Accomodation includes free parking, it is in a 5 Min. walking distance to the center of Armenistis and is very quiet at night
I strongly recommend staying here when staying in Armenistis. A truly great experience!

Our stay in Kimothoy was amazing. biggest highlights are the view, location and the very friendly staff.
Maybe it was just our room but our bed was a bit “squeaky”. Regardless it was definitely worth it and we would love to come back to the same place when coming back in Ikaria.

The host was really amazing. Very welcoming. Brought us some local things to eat and drink. The house was really nice and super clean .
I strongly recommend this. And we are looking forward to comeback here in the next time in Ikaria. Lovely people.

The property had a gorgeous view and was a convenient walk to the main square. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. They helped arrange taxis and inquired about bus routes for us. The bathrooms were nice and the beds comfortable.
It is a bit warm in the loft bedroom.

Hosts were super nice, very easy to communicate with and accommodating . Great views from the balcony. Apartment had all the amenities necessary to enjoy our time in the wonderful island of Ikaria.

Jenny and Ilias’ property is beautiful with each unit featuring a balcony looking out over the sea. The apartments have everything one might need for an excellent stay and are located at the edge of Armenistis, on the road to Nas.

Great views from the balcony. Well equipped accommodation. Great for a couple.
The 2nd bedroom isn’t suitable for sleeping. It’s a loft space that you can’t stand up in and there’s no aircon there.

Ilias was fantastic host - very welcoming, informative and generous with giving us Ikarian treats. Great location overlooking the Aegean. 5 min walk to all the shops/cafes. 7 min walk to fantastic beach. Parking directly opposite.

We had a great stay! The bedroom with a small balcony has a sea view, which we enjoyed very much. Not ten minutes from the flat is a small beach where I always swam in the morning.
Jenny is really a great, warm host who reads every wish from your eyes. As a welcome gift, she gave us tsipouro and grapes. She also arranged a local car rental for us when she found out we couldn't get a car. Thank you for everything!

Great place in Armenistis, which is the center of the island. Big and spacious apartment, renovated, exceptionally clean and with great view over the Aegean. Most importantly, Tzeni the owner is very friendly and accommodating and has numerous great recommendations for the island. Can't wait to visit again!

The location is just outside the village of Armenistis, in walking distance of the taverna's and beaches (Messakti is the best). The service was great, cleaning every day and Jenny (her English was very good) brought us some fruits and drinks as a welcome. Also there was coffee, tea and toast with marmelade. The studio (with one bedroom and an extra bed in the living/kitchen) was very spacious (and it was not a problem at all when we asked for a fourth bed because we had an extra guest). Great view on the balcony to the setting sun in the sea.

Breathtaking view on the sea! Fully furnished and newly build apartment. Highly comfortable bed and bathroom. Fully recommended!
