Amazing terrasse and view on the sea! Apartment is very big! Mariateresa was very helpful and assisted a lot, was always available to answer the questions!

Parking is awful, we scratched the car neither it was comfortable to park! Apartment is rather old, oven was not working. In the big shower was no hot water! Water in jacuzzi was old and smelling not good.

the property is amazing and highly finished. located in a beautiful setting

unfortunately there are 3 flights of stairs to go down to the room and the lift was not functioning. so had to go by foot with heavy luggages. also, the AC broke down in the late evening and had to stay the night sleeping in sauna-like conditions. the person in charge was very helpful but unfortunately the timing was very bad and she couldn’t do much. we had only a one night stay and unfortunately we couldn’t appreciate the room fully.

The size of the apartment was terrific. The bathroom and shower were spacious and beautiful.

The hot tub wasn’t heated when we got there and took 12 hours to heat (we only stayed one night so weren’t able to use it). The parking is a serious issue. The ramp up scraped the underside of my car (based on the damage on the ramp, this has happened to many other cars before mine).

Very nice view. modern, big apartment. Jacuzzi outside. Open concept. Emma is a great property manager.

Difficult parking. No elevator. Takes about 5 minutes to get hot water from the taps. Wifi is super slow. No microwave. Nice furniture but was covered with cheap cloth (I guess to protect it from guests).
