The staff at the resort were friendly and very helpful. The property was absolutely beautiful. I love that it was close enough to the Main Street that you could walk for food, but set far enough back, close to the river, that it was peaceful & quiet. You were literally sleeping among the trees. I would book here again.

I loved staying here & would come back again. I would suggest to bring an eye mask as there are only sheer curtains and it can be a bit bright at night from the path lamps.

Il contesto è accattivante e molto caratteristico, spartano e spazioso. Alcuni dettagli migliorabili, ottimo e molto comodo il letto. Bello il tour al lago, quello alla sera nella foresta non esaltante. Polly è stata molto gentile e pratica. Ristoranti e paese con tutti i servizi a 5/10 minuti a piedi. Ci tornerei.

המקום מהמם, בתוך הטבע ישנו בבית על העץ עם עץ בתוך החדר, חוויה מיוחדת הצוות היה מקסים, עזרו לנו לסגור טיול לאגם, ענו על כל השאלות החדר היה נקי יש כילה בחדר (אין רשתות בחלונות) ארוחת הבוקר מספקת עם קערת פירות מפנקת.

החדר היה מעט קטן, והיו חסרים רהיטים לשים את הציוד אבל זה לא הפריע לחוויה הכללית שלנו אין רשתות בחלונות המיקום קרוב לעיירה אך יש ללכת בדרך עפר במשך 5 דקות, בלילה הדרך לא מוארת.

Lovely resort with beautiful garden, directly at the river. The tree houses are wonderful to stay. No problems to get support in trips, even when you just arrive.

I liked the location - house was separated from others, so we had some privacy. It was also out of the city, but just 3 minutes walking to restaurants/shops. Many delicious fruits for breakfast.

Machine for coffee could be used apart from coffee powder.

Das durchgängig nasse Bad war sehr unangenehm, im Zimmer gab es keinerlei Möglichkeiten, Kleidung aufzuhängen und abzulegen (kein Schrank, kein Regal, oder ähnliches). Außerdem fielen durchgängig Früchte auf das Dach unseres Hauses. Das führt vor allem in der Nacht zu Schreckmomenten - ist aber vielleicht der Preis für die natürliche Lage. Zur Hauptstraße inkl Restaurants muss man ein ganzes Stück über einen dunklen Weg gehen; Taschenlampe einpacken.

Super leuke boomhut op een rustig resort. Echt een geweldige ervaring om zo middenin de natuur te slapen en wakker te worden van de dierengeluiden boven en onder je. De boomhut is comfortabel en schoon. Dat er wat blaadjes en takjes binnen liggen hoort erbij in een boomhut. Wij hadden er een met een ventilator en vonden dat echt helemaal prima. De gezellige straat met barretjes en restaurantjes ligt op 5 min lopen. Ook de ingang van het nationale park is vlakbij. Gastvrouw is super lief en helpt je meteen bij inchecken met het boeken van tours in het park. Ook het ontbijt is heerlijk en vers gemaakt.

The tree house was like a fairy tale...a tree trunk through the floor and ceiling in the bathroom was a beautiful and unique touch. The resort is run by Lek and Pauly (husband and wife) and they were so sweet and kind and helpful....they helped us book tours and when all restaurants were closed in the night time they made toast for my fussy eater son and smiled while doing it, they were happy to be such fantastic hosts and added to such a wonderful experience. Their resort is so beautiful right on the lake...we arrived and saw monkeys jumping on the trees on the other side our whole stay was such a great and exciting experience. Its also great in terms of location....just a 5min walk into the town road which are were the restaurants and places of interests are. Perfect!!

Everything was just perfect! The Treehouse, the Lake Trip and the entire resort was just marvellous ❤️

The property is absolutely stunning with beautiful gardens, and the tree houses were so cute. Location is great, short walk to the shops and restaurants, and right next to the river. Host was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us book many tours.

The accommodation was very unique. It was very quiet. The location was great.

Nice hotel in the jungle. Tree houses are a bit small but nice. There are some stores and restaurants near the hotel. The staff are nice and kind. You can book some tours at the reception when you arrive there. Breakfast is ok. For lunch and dinner you should go to restaurants near the hotel. Rooms don't have frigs. There is a boiler and coffee in the room. The owner has a beautiful dog named Mieu 😍

They helped us with transportation from the airport and to and from the National park. We paid fees for these, not included. Also, the air conditioning worked well in the room.

The managers/owners weren’t available while we stayed there, so whenever we asked a staff member something, they had to call them and put it on speaker for us to accomplish something. They have a restaurant on-site, but when we came down to have dinner, they said they didn’t have anyone to cook that day and told us to go out to the street to find a restaurant. And considering their restaurant wasn’t cooking, the walk to the road was a decent distance and you need a flashlight because it’s dark. The breakfast was pretty underwhelming, scrambled eggs and barely toasted bread with watermelon. The coffee was instant. In the room, we kept having swarms of ants on our stuff: bathing suits, tissues, passport, earplugs, etc. Just so many ants. We seemed to be the only guests there at the time and they really made us feel like it- like we didn’t matter. Overall the customer service was bad.

The house is very pretty and the AC works well. The position is lovely and also the reception is charming. Last but NOT least the owner and his family are amazing people, always ready to help with a smile. For who was complaining about the tour sale in a other review: "cmon..what do you thing is the MAIN business here ? Why do you come here if not for tours and excursion? Plus i dont see any overprice offert, rather standard/low price with perfect organization" ( closed OT ;)

The lady at the reception was SUPER nice and her English was awesome 😎 She explained very clearly all the tour details and basically anything else we wondered about 😊 The location was amazing (but DO NOT forget to put some mosquitoes repellent, there are some starving fellas over there..), it was very close to the river.

There was a tree inside our bathroom, as a part of the room decoration, which enabled small animals visiting us while we were there.. (ants, snails and ct.) since there was a hole (quite narrow, but still a hole) around it. The toilet didn’t work properly.

Incredible plants, super helpful and well spoken host, close to the restaurants and bars, nice breakfast (eggs of your choice, toasts and fruits), well organized trips (elephants feeding was super cool).

It was nice to be in a treehouse. Quiet, noises of insects and birds. Location was ok. 15 minute walk to the park. Around 5 to 10 minutes to restaurants. Staff was friendly. We had to get transport from the vanstation (a 20 min walk) and owner offered to lift us by car. Appreciated that a lot. Breakfast is nice, not many options though.

It wasn't so much in the middle of the jungle, there were other treehouses beside us and in the shower we could see the restaurant from the next resort and hear the guests. Still very nice location and quiet but reminded me more of centerparks in the Netherlands than my expectations of being in the middle of the jungle, but that might be my mistake to think. Breakfast option was only egg or cornflakes. Did get some nice fruit with it. A lot of ants in the bathroom, but not a problem for us. Matress was hard, but my bf thought it was fine. Very light in the morning because of see-through curtains. The one day tour they offered wasn't great. Prices and activities within the tour are basically the same everywhere, but our tourguide did not even go into the cave as promised because it was too busy. 10 minutes before she had said that it is busy season. I mean would it not always be busy then? That should not be a reason to skip parts of the tour which had been promised to us and we have paid for. Overall I do not think the value for money is very good.

Beautiful scenery, great location, lovely staff and a jungle-like experience!

Breakfast was understandably limited in terms of options, but tasty regardless. There's no safe in the room, but we were told there has never been a break-in. To us, the biggest concern werr the walls, which were paper thin - you could hear everything from next door, and if someone was loud, you could hear them from the other nearby tree houses! Also, the curtains let in quite a lot of light and the bugs outside can be heard - but that's all part of the experience.

The Location right along the River.

Restaurant only serves a very basic breakfast. Grounds had logs and branch piles everywhere. The treehouse we stayed in had mold, water stains down the walls and holes and cracks where bugs got through. Beds were extremely hard as well as the pillows. No lounge chairs by the river or common area. For the money we paid we were expecting a lot more from this place.

It was lovely to stay here for two nights. Lovely staff, very nice place, perfekt and quiet location, good breakfast.
