Wir hatten beim Buchen den Fehler gemacht, dass Alter des Kindes nicht anzugeben. Als wir ankamen, war kein "Check In". Irgendeine Person hat den Schlüssel übergeben. Am nächsten Tag kam eine Dame, die uns darauf hinwies, dass wir nachzahlen müssen. Grundlegend kein Problem, aber der Preis für ein 15jähriges Kind betrug genauso viel, wie wir für 2 Erwachsene bezahlt haben. Das Bett für die 3.Person ist eine ausgeklappte Liege, auf der man definitiv nicht schlafen kann. Eine Lösungsfindung war einfach nicht möglich, da die Dame nur schrie und sich ständig mitten im Gespräch umdrehte und ging, sie hat einen auch nicht ausreden lassen. Da sie nur italienisch sprach, holten wir jemanden aus der Familie dazu, der italienisch sprach, ihn beschimpfte sie als arrogant und Verbrecher, Drogendealer und andere Dinge. Nach 1 Nacht sind wir gegangen und haben 500 Euro bezahlt. Sehr schade und das zu Beginn des Urlaubes. Die Dame sollte keine Gäste empfangen.

Echt tolle Gastgeber, die einem jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es war geräumig, modern und alles da was man brauchte. Die riesige Dachterrasse gibt einen spektakulären Blick über die Stadt, bis hin zum Meer frei. Ein großer Pool rundet die ganze Sache noch ab und hebt die Unterkunft auf ein höheres Level. Parken kann man auf der Straße, direkt vor der Unterkunft, wo sehr wenig Verkehr, bis überhaupt kein Verkehr herrscht.

Uns ist nichts negatives aufgefallen.

The pool was terrific and the views over Montesilvano fantastic. A lovely place to just stop and relax with lots to do in town too. The owner provided some light snacks and a farewell breakfast which was lovely of her

The wifi was fairly terrible. We could barely get it to work. The shower in the corner bath was awkward to use and would be difficult for some people to get in and out of. There were air con restrictions which we had not encountered elsewhere

The owners were absolutely lovely, they take care of you from the first moment. They explain to you everything inside the room, the facilities and how to use them. My room was absolutely lovely, an independent bathroom and a little hallway between the bathroom and the room's door where it was possible to have a coffee or a little breakfast as you have a little fridge for yourself. In the common space there is also the microwave. The swimming pool makes this place absolutely a must if you don't want to go to the beach but just have a relaxing day.

Place really cozy, staff is exceptional. The lady was really kind. It felt like home.

Images a bit misleading. If you get the room on the first image there's not kitchen in there, but plenty of brochures about local takeaways and deliveries.

Unbelievably clean, very spacious. Very secure parking. The host could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to stay in this area.

There was nothing that could be disliked

The owners are super good and help in all the questions. They also provide everyday drive to/from the beach because it’s too far and too hot to walk there. I can put 10/10 to owner’s hospitality. The room itself is quite big and cosy. Views from main terrace are beautiful. Yard is clean.

It’s a private house. No cleaning in the room, no towel change. It was super clean when we arrived and that’s it. We staid for 10 nights. Also I didn’t like confusing photos with beach like it is close - no it is not, it’s too far from beach, restaurants and supermarkets, only by car. The side room where we lived was too noisy just in the entrance and everyone who came passed by and looked into our windows, which is not comfortable.
