Die Innenstadtlage ist gut, wenn man zu Fuß Erkundungen machen will.
Für eine Anreise mit dem Auto stehen definitiv zu wenig Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Es ist eher Glücksache, wenn man einen Parkplatz bekommt.
Im Bad war der Wasserdruck definitiv zu niedrig. Der Wirlpool hat gestunken.

Проблемът беше че беше студено. Няма парно . Имаше климатик който не топлеше. Температурата през ноща в стаята беше 10-12С градуса.

Местоположението беше много удобно - излизаш и си на центъра. Стаята беше удобна и имаше всичко необходимо.
Имаше останали единични косми, от предишни посетители, на леглото и в банята.

Friendly helpful staff. Large room. Airy. Mosquito nets. Good sized shower room. Nice tasty breakfast freshly cooked. Plenty of coffee. Location is 5 minutes walk to the theatre and main square. Very comfy bed.

The hotel personnel were very friendly. The location was very convenient. The bed was soft and comfortable.
The windows were not cleaned. I found long black hairs in my towels. There were ants in the bathroom. The adjustment of the water temperature was taking way too long.

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was great.
Difficult to find. The reception was at the top of the stairs, and the staff spoke no English. No one was at the reception, so I was very unsure if I was in the right place. But eventually everything worked out fine.

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of the pedestrian centre.
Using google maps to find the hotel - it takes you to the wrong location.

The rooms are not too big and look a little bit old.
Not so easy to get there with the navigation.

Ondanks de coronatijden een sublieme bediening
Breakfast really outstanding though i am a sporter and need a lot of food (much more than average).
Got the room with Jacuzzi and this one is for two persons, so bring your partner with (i travel for work).
Big rooms with perfect airco (30 degrees outside, inside perfect for working online for me)
Breakfast and restaurant are on fourth floor and you even see the mountains from there.
Intended to stay in Plovdiv, but Pazardzhik with eachs walking and shopping streets all around the hotel is much, much better. Roller skated around as well and had my bicycle in my car, car was difficult to park but next to the hotel after explanation.
Take a small effort to park it or park first further and after checking in (i did that very late and they were still friendly) is better.
