Convenient location. Lots of home appliances and great WiFi. A wonderful and hospitable host who friendly met and helped in any matters.

Fully equipped room. There are towels and bed linen. A pleasant surprise from the host awaits in the room ( fruits, beer and wine). There is a cooker and a washing machine.

I was really amazed by the service of the owner Evros. As soon as I booked the dates, he texted me back with an email with additional information about the places we can visit in Paphos district, photos and directions about how to get to the property. We had a late night flight and rented car, Evros was very kind to suggest meeting us in the town and lead us to the property by car. He knew that we came late at night, and couldn't buy something in shops, and he brought a bottle of cold water, some home fruits and the fridge at the property was full of drinks and snacks that is ABSOLUTELY amazing and pleasantly, because it is the most caring owner I've ever met.
He was very kind to show us everything in the property and was always available in messengers if we need something.
The property itself has an amazing view of the town and the sea as well as a great terrace, where we always have breakfast and dinner.
Total 100% LOVE!

We stayed in the big apartment A19, clean and comfortable, with windows on both sides of the building. It had two overwhelmingly equipped rooms. Each of them had an air conditioner and TV. There was a huge and powerful fridge, microwave, toaster, electrical kettle, cooker, drying rack. Giant balcony. Very caring owner that took care of each and every detail: prepared a precise explanation of the route to the apartment, with pictures, and spoke to us personally to ensure we understood the path correctly, gave us a list of places to visit. The owner welcomed us with free beers and a champagne in the fridge, some snacks. He provided us flexible arrival and departure time. The internal yard has a community pool. It's only 5 minutes by car to the Coral Bay - the best beach in the Paphos area. Great value for money!

Home sweet home - we felt like home. You will find everything you need.
Welcome pack was really nice.
We got: towells, bed linen, all galley appliances and Aircon working properly, balcony with nice view.

We were met at an easy to find location and Evros led us in
Low Water pressure in shower and the location was to far to walk to decent bars or restaurants, the nearest beach also was a lot further than expected, we are of senior years so this was important to us.
A car was essential for us, beaches were far further than previous visitors state!

The apartment was nice clean and clean. The location is great, as you can get anywhere, Beaches, convenience stores, in 5 mins by car. We had a great time.

Evros is a great host, very helpful, responses immediately, the snacks were a nice surprise upon our arrival :) the apartment was great for the price.

Evros is very charming and helpful host. He welcomes you before the check-in and drives with you to the place if you only want that option. There was even provided a welcoming pack of fruits, wine, beers, water, snacks and so on. The contact with evros is simply marvelous.
The flat could be a little cleaner but it was only thing that wasn't exceptional - it was ok though.

Evros is amazing host! He is helpfull and kind and willing to help every time. About place - pretty big apartament, very well equiped, location is a best - close to lara Beach, close to avakas george and close to blue lagoon at north. Even there was a pretty decent tv. Private parking, calm neighbourhood, nice view from the big balony window, I reccomend this place to everybody!

Evros, the owner was exceptionally friendly, he was very helpful and our communication was exceptionally fast and very friendly.

Because the apartement is a bit remote, it is recommended to take a rental car.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. With a very nice view of the sea. Air conditions for each room. Big private parking, very quiet neighbourhood. Good localization (just 5 min by car to Coral Bay and centre of Peya, 30 min from Paphos airport). Mr Evros is the best host on Cyprus, really kind and helpful who took care of our stay from very beggining. We come back here for sure!

A wonderful host who guided us to the site and let us into the facility literally in the middle of the night. There were free products waiting for us, including cold drinks. The facility itself is fully equipped: kitchen, bathroom, efficient air conditioning. In addition, a large swimming pool at our disposal. The parking space is in the inner courtyard. Close to shops and local restaurants. I definitely recommend the property and its host!
You should know that access to the facility is best by car, but anyway the nearest beach is approx. only 5 minutes drive.

Spacious apartment in a good location in lower Peyia. Great view of the sea from the balcony, and 5 minutes drive from the beach. The apartment is on a small complex that has a good size swimming pool and sun terrace.
There is a flat screen TV, and DVD and CD player, and good sized fridge/freezer. Evros left us a small 'welcome pack' of water, drinks and snacks which was very welcome.
A very good choice if you want to stay for a few days in Peyia, and the apartment is big enough for a longer stay if required.
The balcony and the apartment had a lot of furniture and storage cupboards in it so was a bit 'cluttered.'
The toaster did not work.
Brushed cotton sheets were a bit hot for the summer, and could do with replacing.

Host met us on arrival very friendly , had a problem with the hair dryer ,was replaced within the hour. Left supplies for us . The keo was much appreciated
