I have been a booking.com user for many years. However, this is the first time I’ve been really disappointed. Take a look at my pics’.

Incredibly poorly cleaned apartment. No heating - air conditioning was blocked to save power? The floor was poorly washed. (Even food leftovers were found on the floor from the previous tenant). No plugs in the sinks that makes dishwashing difficult. Even the duvet cover had stains. The Window Glasses on the balcony haven’t been washed for months.

Not a lot It was close to beach And there were places to park other than that not a lot.

No aircon was told there was No WiFi only by the concerige No locks on balcony and windows and place is 7 floors up and says kid friendly

In the description it reiterated air conditioning, the choice to opt out of towel exchange, the choice to opt out of daily cleaning and in room wifi. None of this existed. We were advised it was winter & just open the windows. It was extremely dated, all linen, beds and furniture cushions were stained, flat from age and use and lumpy with previous visitor's impressions. The kitchen furnishings were bare with no cutting board but it really wasn't necessary as none of the knives were as sharp as a butter knife. Simple basic appliances such as a dish towel, a sponge, an inexpensive Toaster, blender, shredder, a wooden spoon,, and a few sharp knives. There were several nicer pots and an eclectic blend of dishware. In it's past years the site must have been quite lovely but our staywas extremely muggy and uncomfortable. We finally couldn't take it after the 2nd muggy night attempt to sleep. Each time we addressed an issue they offered minimal solution then threatened to keep our remaining nights fee. At this point we didn't care. We advised Booking.com who contacted the hosts. The hosts were shocked and lied that they offered us a different room, which they did not and they offered no cancelation refund despite their misrepresentation of the apartment.

The location was the best part in that it served as a launch pad from where to explore surrounding cites. There was a washing machine and a drying rack.

Location was great, near to sea.

We were sent messages and we had to communicate in Russian which we don’t speak.

Good size apartment good size balcony, sea view and a good fast lift

Dirty apartment, oven needed cleaning before use and kitchen work surfaces full of crumbs. no a/c despite advertised in description, too many private possessions throughout the apartment including pharmaceuticals, no safety measures ie gels, lack of towels and lack of toilet paper

Nice functional house. Air con was good. Pool nice size. And good location for nice restaurants and bars near by, but a bit on the expensive side. Still only a short drive to Marina if you want more touristy.

House is a little bit dated/ tired. Still clean. The garden would of been nice if they had tidied it up a bit. I won’t stay here again only for value for money. You can get better for cheaper. And nearer to the town.

The only good thing about this apartment was the location

Lack of lights only 4 out of 11 worked When we arrived there was only two knives.All the beds need new mattresses and pillows We was there for 17 days only got two toilets for 4 adults.Had to ask for the key to the pool area The apartment was meant to covid cleaned but there was several areas that was missed.All the windows could do with a clean.Could do with more hangers for your clothes. Also was not told about one of the wardrobes being locked

It could be mentioned that there is no wifi in the apartment.
