Location, cleanliness

Difficult to communicate as no receptionist available. Didn’t know where the breakfast was located. No lighting in the entrance so we used our flashlight until we got up to our room. Only 2 small towels in the room.

Excellent location. Ten minutes walk to the end of the peninsula and gorgeous views. The kids liked the"disco lights" in the shower. Rooms were bright and roomy enough. Technically, yes, there is a.bit of seaview from the small patio. I wouldn't pay extra for it though.

The internet is SLOW and often stops. 4.4mb slow The bath towels are laughably small. The AC in the double room did not work well at all. It finally cooled down the room equal to the hallway by morning, but during the day it cannot keep up.

Good central location, very good host and a nice breakfast, room was fantastic.

Parking was expensive

The room is very modern, including the bathroom. Yuri runs the place and is very friendly. The place is very good value for money, and the location is very central as well, just on the edge of the modern part of the city (which is actually a lot funner than the old historic center which is purely for tourists). For the price, this is very good.

The style of the room is very particular - kind of 1970s, even though it's all new. The bathroom has all these colored lights, but honestly, I had no need or desire for blinking red lights when I was in there. The breakfast was very limited - a lot of cake and bread and cookies; no fresh stuff, and all served on plastic plates and cups, even the coffee, which made it feel kind of cheap, and certainly not environmentally-conscious. But again, it was all worth it - it's a good price they're charging, the place is extremely clean, and centrally located.

The host was very attentive and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Best places I've been in Italy. Breakfast was delicious - very varied. Jurii gladly answered all questions, he advised places to visit and restaurants. Very kind person! :) Apartment very neat - cleaned every day, towels changed every day, even the decor changed!<3 Additional amenities: close to the beaches, close to free parking. I cordially greet such positive people! ;)
