Our room was huge! It absolutely exceeded our expectations. Easy access, a balcony with a view, fabulous bathroom including a large spa bath. It even had cooking facilities and table and chairs indoors and out.
It would have been better had we been made aware that reception was actually at the Gold Club. We did spend some time looking for it near the accomodation.

Spacious unit, well appointed, quiet, nice outdoor sitting area, had a lovely meal at the bistro, we could happily have stayed longer!
Was a bit of a walk from carpark to unit, my friend would have liked a small coffee table for her beverages, but really, was a great accommodation for a golf holiday

On a golf course and great dining facilities
Room was bland. Air conditioning outside was really noisy. Tv reception was dreadful for some reason.

Spacious, location, facility and pool
We were on the ground level near the pool, the only complaint was the bugs and insects constantly crawling into the room and also the corridor.
More lounge chairs and umbrella’s required around the pool to accomodate the hotel guests.

Gardeners were noisy nearly everyday
Just do the garden once a week instead of using blowers and mowers every day - too noisy - people come to relax and remove themselves from the chores of home - They don’t need to hear gardening noises daily

Always enjoy staying here, great location, facilities etc.
This section of the Hotel was not as good as other sections I have stayed in. Cleaning of room not up to scratch. Small, somewhat enclosed balcony had air con exhaust unit blowing hot air onto us on a 35 degree day. Small kitchen and bathroom, overall, just disappointed with room allocation.

Everything was perfect the size of the room was incredible nothing could be faulted had dinner one night it was perfect would highly recommend this place to anybody thank you to everyone for a great stay

Rooms and facilities were all fantastic! Golf courses, tennis court, pool all added to the experience. Great meals in venue as well.
The $20 replacement card fee for our keycard for our room that we have no idea when or where it was lost.

Some of the Staff could be a little more friendly. Sometimes we felt like we were a bother.

We had a very spacious and comfortable room with a well equipped kitchenette and full size fridge. The facilities there were outstanding, a fully equipped gym, swimming pools, plus the golf course and tennis courts. We were able to check in early. It was very good value, Will definitely stay there again if visiting this region again.

The room was large and the balcony was good.
It wasn't clear when/where/if breakfast was available. The loyalty card couldn't be applied because it was booked through booking.com.

Room was tired. Old fittings. No mobile phone charging station. The same as it was since 1998.
I made an enquiry about phone charging and never got a response back.

Great room very large an clean full kitchen aswell , Good heating , club 20 metres away nice tranquil quiet spot ash trays provided on balcony an absolute advantage an wonderful phone call after booking to see what bed arrangements I needed , wonderful friendly staff when checking in an out . Feels an looks like a resort . It is a real 8.7 - 9.0 property .
