Il villaggio è in una posizione fantastica e ben tenuto. La villetta molto bella arredata con gusto e comoda. l'alloggio è vicino alla Spiaggia Isuledda bella e con i parcheggi gratis cosa difficile da trovare in Sardegna.

Direi niente.

Good value for money and very closed to San Teodoro, very nice residence area and only a few are rentals. Can see the sea from our balcony. Owner was very nice, and they lend us a fan and also a beach umbrella free of charge

It would be great to have flatter pillows and some cooking ingredients like salt/pepper etc.

The location and price were decent.

Only one toilet roll provided and one set of towels for 8 days.

I enjoyed the view and the garden. The patio is perfect to have a meal or just stay outside enjoing the sunset in peace and quite with friends.

Without conditioned air it could be quite hot during sleep hours if it has not been done windows managment properly, it means open it at night and close in the morning...

we stayed at the furthest villa in the estate (the one closest to the beach) . the check process was fantastic, the lady in the main office (next to the restaurant) was so helpful, she got us an iron, made suggestions, made us feel very welcome. we could see everything was clean and tidy including the bathroom and beds. the villas location is perefect if you have a car and will go exploring. the nearest beach Spiaggia Isuledda is really spectacular, a minutes drive or 15 mins walk and the edge of san teodoro was about 30 mins walk. the garden in the villa was heavenly, and an amazing place to be looking at when having dinner. i really enjoyed the bird watching locally from the villa (marsh harrier, turlte dove, sardinian warbler etc) and we had spectacular moths come to the outside lights we left on at night. wonderful. the onsite restaurant is spectacular. the best service and overall quality we had in the san teodoro area. as vegetarians we still ate very well even though it is a described as a sea food restaurant

no wifi, and the air coniditining was not included in the price - fortunatly the building was decent enough to not be too uncomfortable at night. often you get peoples dry leftovers at villas (salt, pepper, oil, tea begs etc) but there was none so we had to buy everything again. same with toiletries, we had to go buy shampoo etc. the interior decoration of the apartment is outdated and unappealing but you can see this in the photos - however the outside of the building and the garden are fantastic. taxis in the area are few and far between and when you manage to book one, it was a shocking 25 euros for the 2 mile trip into town!!!! we took to driving into town, parking and walking home for 30 mins after a drink instead.

Superb location, very quiet, the garden around the house well maintained.
