Il bagno è molto confortevole con due docce. Ottimo per famiglie e gruppi.

The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has aircon in every room, so was perfect when we arrived on the hottest day of the year so far. We would highly recommend a stay here, to take in all the main attractions of the city. Loved it.

Apartment was clean and well appointed. Aircon was an absolute life saver. It was close to Murcia old town which was great as it is a pretty part of the city. Very spacious too

Free car parking was not a reality and we ended up paying €35 for a day in a public car park which we were annoyed about .. not knowing the car was safe there was also an issue. There was also a stale stagnant smell coming out of the bathroom pipes which was not great.. we kept the bathroom door closed so we dealt with that. Communication with the hosts were non existent.. asked about an earlier check in and got no response. We arrived there at 4.50 pm and waited outside the front door until the 5pm auto check in would let us in !!! Crazy system .and I think 5pm is too late for a check in time since most people check out about 10am 😬 ..

The location is excellent if you don't have a car. Check in process is very convenient.

Street parking is very difficult to find and ended up having to keep in a garage and pay extra for the parking

Location was good near old town. The breakfast cafees was very good and near.

The bedclothes was not good. Go to the Jysk and buy new ones. It was cold in the whole apartment.

Appartment is very clean and quite. The beds are very comfortable.

I don't like giving my personal data to the third party and if you want to stay there you need to send a scan of your ID through myStay app. To be honest I don't know if it complies with GDPR regulations. Also, there is a coffee machine, but it lacks the capsules - 1 capsule per person would be a nice small gift - we couldn't find the shop nearby selling the coffee capsules. Apart from that everything is perfect and I highly reccommend this place.
