The room was clean, comfortable and had a good beach view. There were 2 pools and a boat trip to the island of Tavira in front of the apartment.

Initially the apartment looked very good - for a studio it was very spacious and well decorated. It had a balcony with comfortable chairs and a washing machine with an airer to dry clothes. However, we soon noticed the arms of the sofa were badly stained and one of the windows in the kitchen area was cracked across.
When I took a shower the entire shower fixture came away from the wall. We reported it to the owner who sent a cleaner to check it out. She confirmed it was broken and said she’d talk to the owner about getting it repaired. That was the last we heard of it in the 4 nights we were there.
The next day the internet went off completely- it’s only when you haven’t got internet you realise how much you use it. Again we got in touch with the owner who said the router was in the flat above ours and no one was home at the time. After about 5 hours we got in touch again and the owner suggested turning the power off to both apartments and restarting it. This proved successful, just wish he’d suggested it in the first place!

The location of the property is very convenient. Having access to the facilities at the resort was great.
We enjoy cooking our own meals and found the kitchen utensils quite limited. Suggestions for additional items: soup laddle, spatula, kitchen tongs, vegetable peeler, ice tray.
The sofa and chair as well as the curtains are stained and in need of a good cleaning.

Wonderful stay, it was the perfect recipe for a happy holiday. The right amount of comfort, sea views and beach time, with the bonus of having a pool and sauna for the wet February days when the free little ferry to the island didn't run.
As someone who enjoys to cook, the kitchen could have been better equipped and the hob was tricky to work. A washing machine would have been useful as I was staying over a week.

Great apartment, which was well equipped and very comfortable. Balcony had a great view. The apartment is about ten minutes walk from the main Cabanas seafront and boardwalk, lots of choices for restaurants and bars. Excellent communications from the owner.
The hotel complex next to the apartment provides access to their swimming pool and pool bar. Good during the day but in the evening the bar/restaurant area by the pool is restricted, which also means the walking route to the apartment is closed off, hard to see why. Not a big issue but worth mentioning.

The terrace and decor was delightful.
The place can be more thoughtful for ex - the batteries in both the AC remotes were dead. It would be considerate to provide basic toiletries.

This is a fabulous sea view apartment that keeps on giving larging exceeding my expectations. Even though it is a private apt it was very easy to get the keys at the Golden club reception. Moreover if we stay there he have access to the large two pools of the complex and day entertainment at the Golden club great for childrens such as gymnastics in the pool. Finally the price also includes ability to take a private golden club boat from the shores of ria formosa (sort of a sea branch) on which the apartment is located to the island of cabanas tavira which faces the sea directly. The boat goes every 10 minutes in the summer. Finally the apartment itself is modern and spacious, well equipped and decorated, and has a superb balcony for outside dining and breakfast overlooking the sea and ria formosa. Much much better than we were expecting.
As I said above everything is close to perfect and exceeding expectations, if there is one downside is that the two small beds stay in an interior room (the main bed is on the main area), which for 4 adults is not very nice because 2 will be without view, but actually for a family of 4 with 2 young kids is perfect because they are safe there without temptation of going to a balcony in the middle of the night etc.

Apartment well equipped, didn't eat at resort except breakfast in apartment. Air conditioning good. Balcony lovely, sun part of day. Great swimming pools. Didn't use other facilities.
Towel rail by sink in bathroom be useful.

The studio apartment had everything we required and had a lovely sea view. Spotlessly clean. No problems at all.
All was good with the apartment. No issues with anything.

Wonderful balcony with view of the Ria and ocean
Unfortunately the internet was very poor, and made working from the apartment very difficult.

The view over the Rio Formosa was beautiful and the apartment was comfortable.
We thought we had booked the Apartment, but were given the Loft apartment upstairs. Difficult to access (narrow and dark flights of stairs). A few minor maintenance issues that need addressing.

Everything was perfect.
I will definitely be booking again.
