Das camas. São muito confortáveis. Um banheiro muito bom. O café da manhã incluído ajuda muito.

O checkin é um pouco confuso

Nada mas llegar tuvimos problemillas con el check-in pero el establecimiento nos lo soluciono sin problemas, la chica que nos atendió muy agradable y servicial. el lugar por lo que cuesta me pareció una pasada, llegamos empapados de la lluvia y se nos seco bastante bien la ropa con la calefacción. y el mini desayuno que dan para empezar con buen pie el Camino al día siguiente todo un detalle. Y por ultimo a destacar su localización, donde te puedes encontrar muy cerca una lavandería y establecimientos donde poder comprar Muy recomendable

La mampara de la ducha es escasa, la gente no se ducha con cuidado y se moja todo el suelo

The room itself was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Nice large window to brighten the room. The two bathrooms are shared with 4 other rooms. The room was very clean, with fresh linens and towels. Breakfast is included and left in the room, consisting of apples and some bread and jam. This was located on the 4th floor, though there is an elevator! Walking distance to a few grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. The camino is about 1 minute walk and very easy to get back on in the morning. The hot spring is right around the corner. The restaurant right next door was very handy after a long day of walking. It was also very quiet, I could only occasionally hear the doors of other guests opening/ closing.

It was hard to contact the host. There was no communication prior to check-in with information on how to get into the Pension. When I arrived I learned that I had to call the phone number since no staff is actually located on the premise. I called a number of times and had no answer. It was a little frustrating since I didn't have an international phone plan/ sim card so I had to turn on my phone data and spend $16 to make the phone calls. It would have been nice to be forewarned about the need for the phone call or have the key box code sent over the booking platform to avoid this issue.

We had a personal problem,we contact the hotel through Booking to cancel the reservation with no answer, we wrote to the hotel directly,no answer, very disappointing.

Staff were flexible when a problem came up. Comfortable room and great location.

There were more than one set of keys in the lockbox and since I originally booked for more than 1 person, thought that these were my room keys with a spare. However, the key I took was for another person for another room.

Great location. Rooms are lovely and bright. Nice breakfast left out in the rooms.Great to have access to a fridge. Really liked this one.

There are 2 shared bathrooms. Best to shower at off peak;)

Everything was perfect when I arrived. The coffee machine in the bedroom was a real plus.

That the shared bathroom was in a mess in the morning but it was because of the other guests, nothing to do with the property.

The owner was very nice and kind, she turned on extra heating, because we were freezing from long walk in the rain (Camino). She prepared nice breakfast for us and was very helpful. Location is great.

the room was super cold and I asked about the heating and we were told it was going to start working automatically at 10:00pm and the heater never worked. How can these things not work during winter? I was very upset because of this.

It was perfectly clean and convenient.

It was a very clean and well maintained property I stayed in. My good facilities review is not excellent, because I did not know I had to share with other guests in the property. But it went well and there was no problem in using it. But I had to check whether there is anyone in the bathroom. Except this, everything was excellent. Thank you.

The location.

Access to the property was not straight forward as there was no reception and had to phone a number and wait. We were given a double room but had booked a twin. The bathroom was shared with all over rooms - this was not made clear although didn’t cause us an issue as only 1 of the 3 other rooms was booked. The photos on Booking.com do not represent the actual room.

Convenient to the Camino, room was clean and bright, air conditioning was excellent.

Room on top floor was extremely small, ceiling was quite low! Also the elevator shaft for the whole building was right next to our room, it was very noisy each time the elevator was used.

Had to wait twenty to thirty minutes at the property to be let into our room. One bathroom had no toilet paper and the other had very little. One of our beds did not have a blanket. No one was really available on site to answer questions or help us out.
