I selected this property based on the reviews I had seen and the location and want to say that it was a great stay not only due to the factors mentioned earlier but primarily the hospitality and front desk service and support! It truly made me feel like I was at home and comfortable and happy to wake up and explore the city. They made my holiday truly an experience! A loud and proud shoutout to the amazing and super helpful front desk team - Lionel, Sam and Brandon! They guided on me on what to do, where to go, provided great suggestions and recommendations on where to dine, shop and enjoy the best of Goa. I took the hotel taxi twice for my tours around Goa and I loved the experience - it was a clean, large jeep with COVID precautions in place (which made me feel comfortable) and the front desk team had prepared a great itinerary for me for the entire day. The driver - Shailesh - was very pleasant to be with the whole day. I had breakfast at the hotel and was impressed with the quality of the food and variety of the spread and again a shoutout to the team at the restaurant. The hotel was full and hence it was busy, but the service was swift and smooth. Overall - loved my stay here and am so happy I chose this place. The location was good - lots of cafes and restaurants and the beach was within walking distance. I was impressed by the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff! Nothing beats that! Thank you so much to the team and would definitely stay here when I am back in North Goa!!

The location and staffs were very friendly

It had all the facilities and overall it was ok but I wouldn’t rate it as 5 star. Some facilities like usb, hair dryer, toilet flush were malfunctioning, paints coming off from the corner, or was pricey too

The checkin process. The check in time was 2 pm was we were asked to wait and i guess close to 3-3:30 we received our room. This can be improved

Staff 11/10 every single person from guards to managers to chefs and service staff! Exceptionally polite and helping. Special mention to Mr Gautam! Personalised attention all the time. Keeping our kid happy everywhere.

Front of house staff in all areas are exceptional - friendly, helpful and accommodating for all requests. The rooms are an outstanding size, lots of space with a balcony and extremely comfortable beds which we loved! The pool area is small but clean and very well maintained. The fitness centre and all communal areas are fantastic, clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed staying here!

Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with food and drinks orders to which we escalated to management during our stay. Savio and Hemant were on hand to support and offer their best services and advice on the issues and we left the hotel feeling extremely happy with the service provided.

Everything was great. From staff to service and facilities. Me. Hemant has done everything to make our stay memorable and helped on all the queries. Breakfast was good with many options. Pool & kids play area were the best as we went to celebrate our son 2nd birthday and he enjoyed to the fullest.

Room service took some more time in few instances. Room dining veg options (main course) were limited. Nothing else.
