Very nice property and in a great location that’s close to local restaurants and stores, and has a lovely view of the Ocean. The only thing that I would recommend is that the bed linens and pillows are replaced. The host is very responsive to messages.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in Dreamers Landing. Valerie, our host, was very responsive to our needs, delivering a requested item on the evening we arrived. The layout of the bedrooms and the bathrooms worked well, offering a workspace in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen appliances all seemed to be recently updated. With the main floor and lower balcony one flight up, and a more expansive balcony and views from the upper loft, we enjoyed the outdoor spaces, and taking in the sunset views of the neighborhood and ocean. The location was very convenient for exploring places further north in Orange County, and for whale / dolphin watching further south in Dana Point.

This not a party house. It's a well-furnished, well-decorated unit for serious visitors. The location suited me because I had lived nearby. I could walk to the beach, to the Saturday outdoor market, to restaurants, etc. The bed and crisp white linens were super-comfortable. I had all the dishes I needed. Good appliances, although no washer/dryer. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The TV is on Direct TV, which I didn't understand, but didn't need either. Comfortable seating in the living room. It's an apartment I would be more than happy to live in.

Dreamers Landing was the perfect place for our annual trip to southern California. We have family in Newport Coast, Costa Mesa and the location was perfect. We were able to visit, shop and visit the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my husband and two kids over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is in an excellent location close to shops, the beach, and beautiful neighborhoods for walking. We had almost everything we needed with the exception of a few kitchen things that were missing (cutting board, sheet pan, can opener). Also, the master bedroom has a queen bed and was listed as a king. Overall it was a nice stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach, and close to our daughter at UCI so she was able to spend time with us. Downstairs neighbor was super helpful and sweet! Will definitely stay again!

The neighborhood was the cutest!! We walked to dinner every night at different restaurants and just trolled for hours through the quaint streets and down to the beach. The apartment is spotless and spacious. We had everything we needed. One correction for the listing though, the master bedroom does not have a king bed. It’s a queen, but very comfy!

My husband and I stayed here with our 4, 6 and 8 year old kids and it was great! The location is absolutely perfect...you can walk to a park, restaurants, all over. The house was great, beds were comfy, and it was super clean. We loved it!

Great location and clean property.

The property stated it was "modern luxury'. We'll that didn't include a can opener or oven mitts. It did include basic crockery, mismatched furniture (weird table and chairs in the kids room). Most storage space was taken up with the extra bedding so we couldn't store our stuff. When I asked for this to be removed I was told by the PM that there should be enough as there were only three of us! Zero customer service which made our 12 day stay difficult. Floor when wiped was dirty, under the oven was uncleaned. Obviously a dog had stayed there as the carpet smelled as did the vacuum cleaner. Overall it should be classified as functional in its current state.

The location was ideal with only a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rental was perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) - very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this lovely place. The owner of the lower duplex was incredibly friendly, and the whole neighborhood had a welcoming vibe. It was an easy walk to the ocean. Sherman Gardens is just a few blocks away and has a stellar lunch in addition to beautiful grounds. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was very clean and set up with cute added touches from the folding of the toilet paper, paper towels to the blanket folded in the shape of a bow on the master bed. It felt like we were on a cruise ship. There was a little wear and tear but nothing that took away from this amazing condo. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Reviewer Comments: The Property had a great location, the drain in the bathroom shower was backed up and wouldn't drain, and the cabinets all over the house were de laminating, the parking is shared and then person that parks in the carport net to your space doesn't park tight so the spot is very small to park in, had to park on street. the living room chairs were like outside furniture super uncomfortable, for the price of this unit you are paying for the location.

Had the best time in this gorgeous spot of the country. Home was wonderful .

We loved our stay at Dreamers Landing! It is very cute! Everything was just as pictured. The neighborhood is lovely. We took walks daily and enjoyed several nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!!
