Communication with the apartment was inconsistent and not as quick as it should have been

No blackout curtains in the downstairs bedroom. The entrance leading to the apartment was shabby.

location was like something out of shameless and still trying to get my security deposit back dont book with them just ended in a nightmare was only in the property an hour decided to come go home instead of spending the night

The apartment itself was huge, with plenty of space. It was clean inside & the beds were comfy. The TV allowed us access to Netflix, which was an added bonus

The comms were confusing. We were told we'd hear from the property in the morning regarding access but I got a message at lunchtime asking if we were still going as they'd not heard from us! I had some messages by email via Booking.com & was also added to two separate whatsapp groups, which I thought was unnecessary & confusing. I found myself replying to all three, & felt anxious for a while that I wouldn't be allowed access! Comms said I had to pay £100 bond direct to the owner's a/c before we'd be given access, plus they wanted ID which I didn't have with me as we'd already set off from home. I was surprised by this as it didn't go through booking.com. I was uncertain as to whether I'd get the bond back, but was nicely surprised when I did. The alleyway to the property was dirty, with bins & rubbish spilling out all over the ground. It really did put us off, as first impressions do mean a lot. As mentioned above, once in the apartment, it was fine.

The apartment was in such a filthy state I have reported it to the environmental health office outside area filth everywhere raw rotting chicken on the dirty courtyard burned out dustbin door to the apartment damaged unable to close inside dirty furnishings stained and flies every where blinds all broken kitchen appliances dirty unhealthy and risk to safety will be contacting trading standards to report the company as they were informed at the onset of arrival at the apartment and asked for a refund without the courtesy’s of an answer from a man named Jordan

Basic property if you’re wanting to be ripped off 150 quid

No hot water. Property didn’t reply to countless messages regarding 150 pound deposit which they decided to keep when property was left spotless.

The property has plenty of space and is very close to long sands beach. Few Takeaways available in the area.

No facilities at all! -Boiler Malfunction, No heating & No cold water -No bathroom toiletries -No tea/sugar/salt/pepper -Spiderwebs seen in some rooms -cleaniness Issue at few places -Rusty door locks, difficult to open with codes - Ineffective communication from property management team/Whatsapp instead of call which is irritating when you are stuck!

At first I was a bit worried as I was only contacted the morning of arrival...even though they do say that in the email when you first book. Then, you are in a WhatsApp chat with a few members of staff and they respond quite quickly. I was a bit worried as 2h before arrival my property had to be changed. They offered me diverse addresses and I picked the one closest to my original booking. I didn't what i was going to get. I then received the new address about 45min before check in time but I was close by so i arrived 5min early and waited 3pm exactly. Everything was ready and in order and the property was fabulous. A huge apartment, basically ready to live in and decorated to high standard with everything available. I loved it! For the price, it was amazing. And despite being worried at first, there is a process they make you aware of at the start, just trust the process and go with the flow. The staff is really helpful.

The only drawback for me was the last minute change of location due to the boiler caving in in the the property I was supposed to be in. However, it was sorted out quickly and I was given an amazing apartment as a replacement despite being a bit further out than originally planned. It's nobody's fault really.

The beds were so uncomfortable we didn't sleep in them. New mattresses and mattress protectors are needed.

The entrance and area to the apartment were disgusting. It requires a serious clean up. The pictures tell the story of how bad it was. I was told by a local resident to move my car to a safer place as her tires had been slashed recently.
