This was one of the most beautiful locations we have ever stayed. The local agricultural scenery was incredible and was maybe even prettier than the pictures. The restaurant was excellent, and we enjoyed our dinner on night one. The commune of Monteleone di Spoleto with 700 people overlooking the beautiful valley was a great traditional Italian town to visit. The room was well appointed in an old building with a great large shower. Staff was most polite and helpful. Great parking and WIFI.

Day two changed a bit when sales conference with 50 or so people arrived. The quiet dinner the night before transformed into a typical noisy and raucous business conference. Likewise with breakfast so we lost out on the savory breakfast we had ordered and the quiet serenity to enjoy it. We will stay again but check to see what else is scheduled at this beautiful venue.

Absolutely beautiful location and friendly staff who went out of their way to welcome me and make me feel comfortable and completely at peace in this green paradise. They happily drove me to Cascia so that I could return on foot on a section of the Camino di San Benedetto. The meals were delicious and it was so nice to go to their restaurant just across from my room. At lunch I could look out on the countryside and town of Monteleone di Spoleto from the terrace in the company of friendly cats and a sleeping dog. in the distance, horses and dogs ran in pastures for the sheer joy of it. At dinner I enjoyed the relaxed interior while discovering the wonderful local cuisine.

Nothing except Booking and Google Maps may want to correct the name to say Agriturismo instead of Agristurismo.

The view of Monteleone from the room, the very helpful staff, the horses, the dogs that round up the horses, and the little lamb that frollicks around with them all like it's one of the dogs! A beautiful place to visit!

Amazing staff and great location. Kids went to feed the horses and dogs. Farmers took us to see the farm which is 10 min away from hotel

The location and spectacular views. Rooms very comfortable and cool. Dinner at the restaurant first class and very reasonable prices.

Fantastic reception and service though the hosts could not converse in English. We managed thanks to Google Translate. It is a fabulous place for anyone who wants something different from the “run of the mill” hotel stay. The couple Nando and his wife who run the place with their children are so friendly and lovely people. Recommend to anyone who likes a “change”!

great property in a great area. it is a pity we only stayed for one night. i will make sure next time to stay for at least 3 nights. it is also a 20 minutes drive from Santa Rita basilica in Cassia.

we loved the property and its location. the property is surrounded with green fields full of horses, sheep and cows. the views are unforgettable, and it is recommended for a peaceful vacation.
