The villa is a perfect chill place to enjoy your peaceful stay in Paphos with wonderful views of the ocean including gorgeous sun sets. At the same time, jobs and restaurants in walking distance and only 10 min by car to the famous Paphos harbor. The owner was very kind and supportive and we didn’t miss anything. Just perfect!

Edge of Paphos and in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and immediately adjacent to a track leading to the beach car park. Lovely sea views. Great communication with Sevinos after we had to reschedule this stay twice previously due to Covid. Very well equipped house with a very homely feel and not like many bland rental properties

Aircon units in two of the bedrooms a bit temperamental but Sevinos sorted this out. Settings for UK TV channels box not obvious but, again, Sevinos told us how it worked.

Don’t use taxi service Mr. Petros! His company are not professional, they confirmed pick up to airport at 4am, and after that no one pick up phone! We ware almost late!

Views are amazing Design of the property is excellent ( huge glass patio doors especially) All the required facilities are there, and are working Complimentary fruit bowl and bottle of wine on arrival

Unfortunately there was some maintenance work taking place upstairs when we were there but minimal impact to the enjoyment of our stay.

The host was very pleasant and very helpful . The views were just amazing , we didn’t want to leave .

The villa was perfect for a large family holiday, we were 8 people aged between 10 and 50. The views are stunning, the house is beautiful and has all necessary facility’s , the barbecue is fantastic
