This place is amazing! The lovely host was so helpful and friendly. It has wonderful views and such a comfortable bed and a fire- it was so cosy (and it’s also a big space!) There was a friendly cat too and we loved that! We wish we had stayed longer!

Forest road with no concrete can be frightening by night

Set in a scenic old village which is mostly ruins, the main house and several other have been restored and are a fantastic combination of old and modern. The hosts are beyond gracious, very friendly and accommodating; we arrived late and our hostess made us a home cooked dinner while we unpacked and also showed us all the attractions for the surrounding area. My one regret is that we didn’t do our research and only used it as a waypoint instead of staying longer. 10/10, cannot recommend enough if you’re looking to get off the beaten path. Make sure to pet the kitties while you’re there. They’re very friendly.

it’s a bit out of the way, but well worth it.

We had an entire floor to ourselves which included bedroom with double bed, and four single beds, bathroom and living room with an amazing view over the mountains and countryside. We could also use the kitchen downstairs. The place was very clean! House is very old but renovated. It was very interesting to hear about its history from the very helpful and welcoming owners. It was a great experience and we would definitely come back one day!

Amazing accommodation, nice and cozy place to relax and the surrounding was breathtaking. The owners was very caring and polite, they gave us all the information we need and the cleaning was exceptional.
