The room had enough facilities for travel, If you are looking for a trip to Bakuriani with your friend or partner in a good and comfortable place, I suggest you to stay in this place.

The hair dryer in the room did not work and the windows in the room needed repair.

The hotel is located near Didveli skiing area, has a market and a restaurant nearby.

We have arrived at 15:00 but the room was not ready and we were waiting for two hours to receive a key to a smaller room than we ordered with the promise to change the room next day. On the next day, we were moved to a room that we booked and was provided a discount by the host for a one night stay in a smaller room. The new room did not have bedding for 4 people and for two days we are trying to get it from the hotel representatives and my husband slept on towels. The host said that she could not solve our problem as she did not responsible for room service. The reception staff and host assistant were rude and indifferent and did not want to listen and solve our requests. I would not recommend anyone to stay at Orbi Palace.
