La atención es super buena, son muy amables, pacientes y lo hacen siempre sonriendo naturalmente. El desayuno es muy buen desayuno, me sorprendió. El Aire acondicionado funcionando a la perfección fue un gran alivio Las camas son muy comodas. A 3 cuadras de la plaza y cerca tiene un lugar para cafes, sanguches, jugos etc.

Todo esta bien :) solo pueden mejorar en el flujo del agua que sale mas de la que esperas por momentos pero nada grave la verdad. ¡Buen hotel!

No hot water Noisy - were doing renos right near my room and didn't advise me

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Went out of there way to help me, including accommodating my vegan diet for breakfast (even though I didn't ask, they asked me) and walked with me to show me an money exchange place with great rates. The grounds are well kept with lots of plants. The room was clean, beds soft, hot showers, and the AC worked well. There is a microwave to heat food down stairs. Is a short 5 to 7 minute walk from the city center. I plan to stay here again and would recommend it!

Kindly asked for a different room (since mine didn‘t have a proper window) and the woman changed my room. Also helped me with booking flight etc, so very helpful staff!!

Nice, spacious rooms. Breakfast included. They gave us a juice when arriving and the staff was super friendly.

Room smelt a bit damp and needed airing, not unusual in PM. Garden more of an inner courtyard than a garden as such.

The CLEANEST place, the BEST shower and the BEST breakfast we have had while staying in Peru . They were very accommodating, moved an extra bed into our room for child. They helped out very promptly when one of our kids vomited over the bed, remade the bed and gave us a few extra towels. Far exceeded the kind of service that most other places in Peru have shown! We didn’t want to leave.

Good room and lovely staff.

Room for 4 wasn't used for a long time and had a bad smell. Stayed with an open door for a couple of hours. Either the smell went out or we got used to the smell. Any how it was fine.
