לא מדובר במלון כפי שניתן להבין מהפרסום בנטפליקס. זהו בית דירות להשכרה יומית/שבועית, ללא מתן שירות כלשהוא באמצעות דלפק הקבלה. בכל בקשה מדגישים שאין שום קשר בין החברה המפעילה את הדלפק ובין האורחים. אפילו בקשה לסבון שלא הונח לפני בואנו לא היו מוכנים לנפק!!!!!!!זהו מחדל של נטפליקס שאינם מדגישים זאת. הדירה נוחה לזוג ודי נעימה חייבים לומר. נא לא להיתפס לכך!!! זוהי הולכת שולל של המזמין כשהתיאור אינו הוגן. כנראה שלא נזמין יותר בנטפליקס כי זו לא הפעם הראשונה שנתקלנו בער משמעותי בין הפירסום והמצב האמיתי באתר המוזמן. דב.
ראו לעיל אין טעם לחזור.

Difficult to get through to reception over the phone.
Some of the kitchen doors/fridge were in poor condition.

Ubytování naprosto dokonalé, prostorný apartmán plnohodnotně vybavený, blízko lanovky i městečka. Personál velmi ochotný.

Great location, the place is nice and clean, it’s a great place for family with 2 teenagers.
Hotel breakfast in the Olivia restaurant was great.
The fan blower in the shower was making loud noise, and should be replaced.
The city tax can’t be paid in the front desk cause they are not dealing with those hotels apartments.
I actually had to pay this tax double due to the bank transfer fee (it was much easier if it was just included in the total price).

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view to the mountains. Cable car station was just around the corner. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was also available. The staff was very kind and helpful. Sure we will return in the future. Thank you for everything.

Nice hotel and restaurant, good food on a la carte menu for dinner.
Breakfast quite expensive with average selection, had to ask staff to refill empty dishes with ham/cheese or pancakes well before 10am.

Good location, the staff was very nice and caring, both at the reception and also at restaurant Olivia. We really liked the fact that the kitchen in the apartment was well equipped, we found absolutely everything we needed for cooking. I loved the huge shower and beds were comfy, everything was clean when we arrived. Breakfast was amazing (the scrambled eggs were 💛). We'd definitely love to come back again and for longer :) plus they're pets friendly! Our dog loved the stay, too.
I was visiting with mom and the only thing she disliked about our apartment was some kind of a sensor or a device on the ceiling in the bedroom which lightened up red every time someone moved, which disturbed her at night when we went to sleep.
And she missed a shoe horn in the hall area, so you may want to consider adding those to the apartments.
I didn't mind it or missed it at all.

Perfect apartment :) Very nice place, clean.
Really good location, very nice and quite. Good for dogs.
No washing machine for clothes (if you stay longer then it would be really good).

Very nice locations and the breakfast was very nice too.
Access to the sauna was extra charged, which was unclear from the accommodation description — the same case was with the extra fee for the pet (dog).

Design-wood furnitures, high quality practical kitchen, confortable bath, excellent beds in the apartments. Excellent location, services( bike rent, play room for little ones). Kind people and amazing environment. Super👍

The room was clean and nice, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment, the bathroom was comfortable, and the location was perfect for skiing.
